Romney promises energy independence by 2021

    In the pribate sector, there has already been numerous cost analyst proposals that we are now discussing. Most of them have been discarded for either being too costly, too inefficient, or too risky. But the point I am making is that both government and private enterprise need to work together on this without the usual backrubbing that goes along with the partnership. And when that happens, the next step is tu understand all the risks involved as well as the costs. If that does not happen, which tends to be the nurm, then we as a nation would have accomplished nothing.
