    Think for a minute.

For decades, Ron Paul was only popular in his district. He barely registered on the national stage so his ideas and Bills were ignored in Congress.

But, if he is elected, that means that most Americans are for his ideas.

That means they will expect their Congressional and Senatorial representatives to follow their opinions and pass many/most of Ron Paul's ideas which is why they elected him.

Surely you are not so incredibly naive (politically) to actually believe that members of Congress and the Senate will ignore the wishes of their constituents?
Not if they want to get re-elected they won't.
And their is NOTHING politicians want more then to be re-elected.

As long as Ron Paul is popular among the masses - then the majority of his Bills WILL get passed.

    Period.

I get it already. How Great Ron Paul is,already. How popular and
necessary. This is the same argument used for the Green Party and
Ralph Nader.Paul sounds a bit like George Wallace.
However,a George Wallace would never be allowed to run for anything
today, given the World of the PC Police.
Paul has no accomplishment to put down for his Presidential Resume.
NONE.Not very appealing. You mean, just because some little strange
sounding man talks about Shrinking Government down to the size of
Lake Woebegone,I'm supposed to be automatically bowled over.
    Yes,I want Smaller Government.Much smaller.But done responsibly.
Ron Paul neither talks responsibly { Truther talk } or appears
interested in being responsible. He can't build alliances or horse trade.
In that,he is a failed candidate.Even Herman Cain was able to work
    with others and talk business.
Paul is just a Political pest, very similar to leftist Bernie Sanders.

By bringing up bills Paul has sponsored, you are doing more harm than good to your agenda. Not only will you draw attention to how much Paul is like the majority of Americans, but how much the rest of congress is not. But by all means, ride that horse to the ground.

What are you talking about? Did you even read what I typed?

I was talking about you and all those that keep going on and on about how Paul never gets anything passed in Congress so he will get nothing passed if he becomes President.

My point was not if he can be elected or not or if he 'deserves it' or not.

My point was IF he does get elected how effective of a POTUS he would be in getting his ideas passed.

As it stands right now,Old Man Paul hasn't been effective enough as
a House Congressman to move up to Senator.
He will ever be in the shadow of his Son {Rand } who I voted for.

Effective? You mean being absolutely destructive to the point of the Economic Crisis we have today? You support the same people who proposed idiotic laws and regulations while denouncing Paul for not being able to make headway in Congress against the system that created the problems. Maybe if numb skulls such as yourself didn't support such idiotic Politicians then and now we wouldn't be in the financial mess we're currently in. Stop supporting Arsonists and start supporting the Firefighter who is doing the job solo because of the lack of support he received from people such as yourself.
