So If Allred was confident in the accusations she would allow the signature be examined. Moore was the judge for the woman's divorce case and it seems this signature in the yearbook is a forgery. Case closed.

Just because she won't release the one copy of the yearbook to an 'independent examiner' does not for one second prove she was lying. How dense you must be on law (and the meaning of the word 'lying') to believe that. I would not trust anyone else with it either. If they want to examine it...they can do it at my office (were I the lawyer).

Now I have no idea whether the woman is telling the truth or not. She might be lying (though there is too much evidence against Moore to believe he is/was not a sexual predator, IMO).

But saying she is lying JUST because she will not turn over the yearbook is an INCREDIBLY low IQ thing to say.

Not turning over the yearbook doesn't of course mean the accuser is lying, but having Gloria Allred as your attorney means you probably are lying.

 

EVERYTHING presented against/for Moore in this IS evidence...by definition. The yearbook, the word of the woman who said she attacked him, the other women's statements against him, him supposedly being thrown out of a mall for stalking teenagers, the people who defended his 'good name'. ALL OF IT IS EVIDENCE.
