    Not entirely true but whatever gets you through the drama.
    Okay...after three attempts to get you to speculate on the $700 billion dollar hole the "Affordable" Care Act will leave in Medicare let's just say you really don't know how it will be closed (or, more likely, if it will be closed).

    Obamacare also changes Medicare from fee-for-service to capitation for everyone. Obamacare turns Medicare into a government rationing program and gives medical professionals a financial incentive to withhold care. The only difference between Ryan's and Obama's Medicare reforms are who gets to spend the money. Ryan's plan lets the patient decide and Obamacare leaves it up to a heartless bureaucrat.
