One can never exclude any possibility. These events remind what has happened before his elections in 2000. Coincidence? Maybe. Or maybe not.

LOL, how ? did Seleznev just make a smart guess , like a professional Gypsy ?

try to give a logical explanation to this

    "
Official explanation of the Ryazan incident
The position of Russian authorities on the Ryazan incident changed significantly over time. Initially, police, FSB and federal government officials treated the disarmed bomb as a real threat and praised citizen vigilance. After the people who planted the bomb were identified as FSB operatives, ..."

with other words, your police GOT the real terrorists (KGB guys), GOT them . can you give us their names ? interviews? etc.

Well, I don't know what reminds you what. How old you were in 2000, by the way?

This fiction movie was filmed on money of Boris Berezovski, who had very close "business" ties with his Chechen counterpartners in the late 90s. He paid them money, in eschange they made some special favours for his political career. Everybosy knew it. It's not surprising that when Putin expelled Berezovski from Russia he wanted to revenge. But I really don't understand how any sane, sensible person may accept his lies as truth.

They should petition their government to stop killing children in Syria that would help.

The explosion in metro now reminds me the explosions of the buildings in Volgodonsk and Moscow in 1999. Exactly one year before the president elections. I do not care who paid the money for the movie. What I see is that Zhirinovskiy who asked for explanation of how was it possible that the speaker of Duma "knew" in advance that there would be an explosion of the building in Volgodonsk on the specific date did not get an answer, but instead was banned to make speach in Duma for one month. Maybe you can explain here by what miracle it was possible?
    I was 24 in 2000.

1 dec. 2016 - Aleppo: Russia and Syria Kill 440 Civilians, 90 Children in a Month ... Satellite imagery that Human Rights Watch analyzed shows more than ...

i have never seen any Muscovite who felt BAD about the mass killings of Syrian children. instead they post this

"1. Before-and-after photos to try to prove that images by rebels are faked

In order to try to show that there aren’t civilians dying in Aleppo, or to show that people all over the world are being fooled by photos of the carnage, people have been posting a series of photos showing how easy it is to paint very realistic-looking injuries on children. These four photos have been shared since 2015, mostly on internet forums in Russia, but have come to light again recently"

Maybe US should stop killing people around the world? Bombing only Belgrad, and in general Yugoslavia by NATO resulted in massive civilian deaths. So stop posting here BS about killing children from Syria.

FSB and Duma lost in translation,

    "
    Incident in Russian Parliament
On 13 September, just hours after the second explosion in Moscow, Russian Duma speaker Gennadiy Seleznyov of the Communist Party made an announcement, "I have just received a report. According to information from Rostov-on-Don, an apartment building in the city of Volgodonsk was blown up last night."[72][73][74][75][76] However, the bombing in Volgodonsk took place three days later, on 16 September. When the Volgodonsk bombing happened, Vladimir Zhirinovsky demanded an explanation in the Duma, but Seleznev turned his microphone off.[72] Vladimir Zhirinovsky said in the Russian Duma: "Remember, Gennadiy Nikolaevich, how you told us that a house has been blown up in Volgodonsk, three days prior to the blast? How should we interpret this? The State Duma knows that the house was destroyed on Monday, and it has indeed been blown up on Thursday [same week]... How come... the state authorities of Rostov region were not warned in advance [about the future bombing], although it was reported to us? Everyone is sleeping, the house was destroyed three days later, and now we must take urgent measures..." [Seleznev turned his microphone off].[77]

Two years later, in March 2002, Seleznyov claimed in an interview that he had been referring to an unrelated hand grenade-based explosion, which did not kill anyone and did not destroy any buildings, and which indeed happened in Volgodonsk.[78][79] It remains unclear why Seleznyov reported such an insignificant incident to the Russian Parliament and why he did not explain the misunderstanding to Zhirinovsky and other Duma members.[78]

FSB defector Alexander Litvinenko described this as "the usual Kontora mess up": "Moscow-2 was on the 13th and Volgodonsk on 16th, but they got it to the speaker the other way around," he said. Investigator Mikhail Trepashkin confirmed that the man who gave Seleznyov the note was indeed an FSB officer.[80]

Sealing of all materials by Russian Duma
The Russian Duma rejected two motions for parliamentary investigation of the Ryazan incident.[81][82] The Duma, on a pro-Kremlin party-line vote, voted to seal all materials related to the Ryazan incident for the next 75 years and forbade an investigation into what happened"

Ten suspected IS sympathizers were arrested in St. Petersburg and Moscow in November 2016. Russia disrupted a New Year's attack as a result. But Russian authorities may have missed some terrorists hiding in the second largest city, which resulted in today's attack on the metro, and they are hunting for two people suspected of organising and carrying out a bomb blast.

Have no idea. Maybe someone who knew about that Seleznyov's statement decided to blow up a building in Volgodonsk? Berezovski was in power that days, he had many ears in parliament, in government, in all state bodies. So, he heard about these words, phoned to his Chechen friends and called Volgodonsk as a target. At least my version is much more logical that the one where Selexnyov first says a building was blown up in Volgodonsk and three days later stupid FSB blows up it for real.

Why you don't wonder why Volgodonsk? It's a small provincial town, far from Moscow, far from Chechnya. So, why Volgodonsk? What was so interesting for terrorists in this town? Apart from Seleznyov's words?

What you don't care whose money were spent on this movie is very bad. Because this is Berezovski is speaking there. Pathological liar who doesn't deserve a bit of credibility.

Don't you know the CIA mined the World Trade Center that's why the buildings collapsed, including the one neighbouring building which wasn't ever hit by an airplane?

I do not think that Berezovsky was in full power at that days. All 1999 he was prosequted for some financial tricks with Aeroflot (Aeroflot case). So he was busy with that. I do not know why Volgodonsk. The buildings in Moscow had already been blown up so too much attention to Moscow, so some other city should have been chosen. As usualy in Russia, noone got a clear answer from the officials (Seleznev) which resulted in further speculations. The part of the film which I saw was with interview with Litvinenko, not Berezovskiy. I do not know about сredibility of Berezovsky, but I know that presidency of Putin started from lie about Kursk, so Putin for sure does not have a lot of credibility.

Berezovsky lived in UK, if he was involved in such crime he´d end up in prison for sure, Berezovsky is an, old , old KGB BS, there are 100000 evidence which clearly pointed to the group of people who have done it. Berezovsky, Nuland, Soros , etc. have nothing to do with this crime

That is exactly what he does - according to timing, ~2 hours after event. What a sweet treat he is, as all the rest wonderful people from Belarus, Ukraine, Baltic states and other 'brother-republics' of ex-Soviet Union.
I was born in one country with these people.

Today they gloat over our deaths and misery.

So you say that the Russians killing of Syrian children is BS? I call murder. Civilized people around the world call it murder.
