Well I have not seen much evidence of it in this thread, which is what I think people are taking exception to. In the wider world I would have to agree with you. But it seems to be becoming increasingly popular to find the nastiest thing in the book to call a politican...and keep doing it
I do not believe that Obama uses a ghost writer; he may have the book edited and proof read as many other authors do, but writes his own material as a rule.

Her stupid reality shows failed, as did her daughter's, and she has destroyed her reputation by quitting on Alaska, the scandals, and the hateful policies. In 2002, Palin left Wasilla residents with an extra $20 million in long-term debt, or $3,000 per resident. She hired her friends and viciously attacked her enemies, resulting in an internal investigation.
And I have no doubt Palin is a lightweight. I cant think of any reason I would ever vote for her. But her political talent should be the focus, not her breast size
Indeed....as long as their keepers are making promises for more free stuff....as long as they're vilifying and demeaning the responsible, hard working and successful as "greedy" who don't pay their "fair share" and "didn't build that"... as long as they're condescendingly and cynically coddling, excusing, forgiving and boosting the (their) self esteem of the poor, disenfranchised "victim" contingencies.... as long as they're justifying bigger, more authoritarian, more invasive, more "benevolent" central government.... and slandering those who oppose such.... Nope. 1/3 of the American colonists were in favor of rebellion before the revolution 1/3 wanted to stay under the crown and the other 1/3 didn't care. Now 29% of Americans think armed revolt might be necessary. If you're bad with fractions, 1/3 is 33%
Politicians are definitely not like you and me. Especially not Obama. The democrats have done a phenominal job of expanding their voter base and insuring democrat victories for a generation. This will make conservatives very desperate over time. What good is your vote if you're always outnumbered? Now, it wouldn't matter if they become desperate, overworked and over taxed. But they have guns... And those people who want to fundamentally change the country do exist, Obama is one of them. That's why he's not like you and me
What does that matter when the constitution can be changed, ignored or simply "re-interpreted"? There's a lot of liberals on this board who think the 2nd doesn't actually allow citizens to own guns
Many, many reasons. 1. She white 2. She's pretty 3. She doesn't believe in abortion (and she's a woman!) 4. She has a big family AND a career. (A woman is supposed to choose one) 5. She likes guns. (And she's a woman!) 6. She was elected governor. (And she's not a democrat! Only democrat women should be allowed) But the biggest reason of all....she's happy. No matter how much they ridicule her, she just keeps on trucking with her big loving family That drives your average ugly, lonely, bitter liberal into fits of rage
