Unless you live in one of the seven states that prohibit you from defending yourself with lethal force in your own home, that is your right. However, the US Capitol is not your house, and the rules of engagement specific to the use of lethal force by law enforcement certainly apply here.

Any American would expect a 5'2" 135 lb. woman could be easily subdued by a big black guy...
With any of the non-lethal weaponry available and a CP budget well over most major cities... there is no reason this was not handled in a non-lethal method instead of just shooting her dead.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but the majority of those Panty-Fa and Black Lies Matter rioters are actually young white people. Its been heartening to see the pushback they're getting from members of the African American community.

 

It should never have been allowed to happen with a full crew of CP and guards at their disposal... optics didn't matter afterwards as the guards were thick as thieves and fences built to keep the criminals in... lets have a "real investigation" and look into Pelosi's communications before during and after
