It seems to me that the term 'sexuality' can mean and refer to a person's own private genitalia areas and parts. The anus, although not a genitalia, can be a private part and also an orifice that some use for sexual purposes and so any 'touching to another person's anus' without that person's consent could be seen as sexual assault. If sexual assault relates to 'touch' could it also relate to 'sight/viewing'? If someone views or looks upon my private genitalia or private part without my consent, can that be a 'sexual assault' in some way?? Putting it in simpler terms... Invasion of another's private parts without their consent and invasion of another's privacy without their consent. Are they the same or similar or much different? How many times might I have been violated, sexually, by me being unwillingly watched, while engaging in some 'sexual act', without my consent? Maybe over 256 times? What would a trained professional do with those viewings? What would a professional doctor do with those viewings? What would a trained professional do with those child pornographic viewings? At what age would a child begin to touch his or her genitalia in private while noone is looking? And if I was to be watching, without their consent, am I guilty of 'sexual assault'? What sorts of persons receive 'benefits' from these? Who benefits? The average U.S. citizen? And what of those 'married couples' if they are watched without their consent? Is that 'sexual assault' to their marriage? Could 'grooming' and 'predator-ships' towards the, 'viewed', sexually engaging persons increase? Could 'stalking' cases increase? Looking and desiring someone is standard human activity and expected, likely many men do so every day with my wife and I must deal with it...it is the unfortunate reality of a "Hot Nurse".

It is helping them have a 'lighter' load until they can get to that place where they can enjoy comfortably. And in the end, both siblings enjoy the day or evening, comfortably. They are sharing in the same blessings of 'comfortability' that all humans are entitled to. Of course, if the load they are carrying or bearing is not burdensome, then they are still within their own comfortability. And a good way to find out is to ask. With 'consent' there is no 'assault'. However, I would really hate to find out that the person I helped bear and carry some of the load for, in hopes they got into the blessings of God, turned out to be the mass murderer that the State was on the hunt for. Some humans have lost their vital life by offering 'help' and 'assistance' to those that seemed to be in need and even to those that asked for help and assistance. This just goes to show how depraved some human members can become. But don't think they are the 'lone wolves' that some forensics make them out to be. They have their circles.. what is sexual assault? because I am unsure of what it is. If a person says no, i can see how it is sexual assault but if the person says nothing to the advances, how is that an assault? From what I have gathered so far, with these new definitions, is that if a person is 'unwilling' yet is coerced or forced voluntarily or involuntarily, that it can be considered 'rape', which is part of sexual assault. But if the person has not consented nor consented how can the other person discern if the advances are welcomed or not? Women 'come on' to men often times and men 'come on' to women often times. But if the male doesn't say anything to the woman's advances, how can his participation with her sexual advances be tried as 'sexual assault' on her part? I understand how this case does not pertain to 2 adults and so it is a case of statutory rape more than sexual assault, in my opinion. The use of the terms 'sexual assault' which is more reserved for the adult population and which is now being transferred over into the youth population can cause an equality towards having sex. And this could one day lead to acceptable adult age to under age, non sexual assault encounters, IF both parties have 'consented'. But where would the statutory rape have gone if it would be acceptable that and adult aged and minor aged persons, consenting, engage in sexual 'relations'? If the youths who are being 'fondled' or digitally penetrated did not find what they experienced as a 'sexual assault', meaning they have lived with that incident as acceptable to themselves, would that give rise to youth's decisions of their agreeing or not agreeing upon with whom they would 'allow' such things, regardless of age or sex? So if this is a case of 'sexual assault', children who engage in 'unwanted' advances in their schools could also be tried for 'sexual assault' cases. why has there NOT been any child to child court hearings to the 'sexual assaults' which they did not enjoy being part of within their peer groups because I can be pretty sure that alot of non consensual touching and groping and 'fondling' occurs on school grounds and on school playgrounds and even in school classrooms. The ONLY cases that we are seeing are high profiled cases of members within a certain kind of social level.. All the other 'levels' are not being brought into court. It's more of an attack on the social professions than it is to individual persons if one is allowed because of their social standing whereas another is not allowed because of their social standing. It is a double ruled personal 'shame' or 'pain' based on if that individual had a liking or non liking towards the one that made the advances. So why would it be such a difficult thing to do to let the other person, the one making the advances, that they are not interested in them on the sexual level? This is a doctor/patient confidentiality and trust issue, i understand. But what of all the other non confidentiality/trust sexual assault allegations which are being made to every professional worker but never to the non professional worker? Are they somehow saying that it is 'unfair' that they got the jobs they have and that they should be demoted to a lower position in life, somehow? Is that what their inner desire is? To see them 'lowered' in life's position? I steal something from the store and it is the desire of the Store manager to see me be 'lowered' in my life by having me placed into prison and pay for the fines involved. It isn't okay to just pay for the stolen object but I must also suffer shame and humiliation and time out of my life by being in prison... Let's put it this way.. This doctor is going to 'die' in jail. He will never see another rising and setting of the sun for as long as he lives. His punishment is to never live, without the chains, another day under the free skies. Why doesn't someone just give him some poison and water and let him get it over with, already? Yes, these young gymnasts did have their privacy violated by a stranger.. regardless if he was a professional or a neighbor, they had their privacy violated. But where is the solution for privacy violations of all the sorts? Barging in on someone who is taking a shower can also be a violation of privacy. And this could also cause pains and scars. What about the case where the 'trans' male to female went into a woman's locker room in high school? Why no charge against that person? It does not seem as if Dr. Nassar had alot of things going on in his medical practice. In other words, he doesn't seem to have too much stress from overworking.
High rollers and fast paced lifestyles, if not kept in balance in a knowing way, will result in an imbalance more likely than not. Examples of balance in a knowing way could be: taking a break every 2 or 3 days... Spending 1 or 2 days to self. Having personal 'pleasure' time.. ie; bars, sports games, cigar bars. These 'balances' are in regards to the self.. Keeping a knowing balance sheet of self and knowing how to keep 'self' balanced with all the assets and liabilities. If there is a spouse involved, the same applies.. Both should know each other's 'tipping points' within their own 'self' balances. A good gauge to keep sights on is your 'vision'. If your sights begin to get on overdrive, your balance is probably off. If your sights begin to dip lower than safe oil pressure point, your balance is probably off. If your sights begin to wander or drift away from a particular thing, your balance is probably off. etc....
