Let's be honest, Sharpton only gives a (*)(*)(*)(*) because Obama is black. If he were a white president doing the exact same (*)(*)(*)(*), Sharpton wouldn't have anything to say on the issue. And then Huntsman implying his color alone ought to be enough to get him on Rushmore? Well, who the (*)(*)(*)(*) is Huntsman anyway?

If FDR isn't on Rushmore, then Obama has no business being there, not even close. I'm no fan of FDR, but he truly did change America into something it previously had never been. He also led America through it's biggest war, and would have been president for 16 years had he lived.

It wouldn't surprise me to see the black community pushing for such grandeur, and of course they'll play the race card all along the way for anyone daring to oppose it.

Bottom line is, don't be shocked if it somehow eventually happens.

Restore the natural, pristine beauty (or undertake a timely make-over to Salma Hayek, Scarlett Johansson, Priyanka Chopra, and Freida Pinto.)

Just a scant few years ago, leftie war protester groups (ANSWER Coalition, for one) rallied tens of thousand to scream bloody murder about the wars and collateral civilian casualties....(which impersonal, indiscriminate drone warfare obviously cannot avoid)....protests a national alphabet media gleefully and salaciously peppered the airways with at every possible opportunity. (They even had an anti-war poster child in Cindy Sheehan)

now, with a fellow traveler at the helm who is deploying drones far more frequently, not so much...from either camp...leftie protesters or leftie biased alphabet media.
