    Ok let’s say this video (unlikely) show this why hasn’t the Trump team included it in a lawsuit as evidence of foul play? This should be taken before a court - why have we not heard of this happening?

    I watched the full hearing today. They only got this video last night and they are still viewing it. It is many hours of footage.

    Sorry but I am convince that not only did Russia try to interfere in 2016 but that Trump was counting on that happening in 2020

    Read the paragraph for Georgia.

    There is NO law that says poll watchers must be present during voting or counting. The rule says that the political parties have a right to nominate poll watchers. Again there is no law that says there must be poll watchers present only that there is a right to have them and onlybafter proper nomination.

    It is probable cause to do a forensic analysis of the ballot images scanned on these machines with these time stamps.

    The law does not required that poll watchers must be present only that political parties and or counties or districts may appoint watchers.

    I did and the rules say poll watchers can be there to observe they are not required by law to be there.

    I did not see or hear the poll watchers being told to go home.
    The law says poll watchers can be there not that they have to be there.

    It says poll watchers 'may' be present. That means they have a legal right to be present. You can't tell them to leave then pull out a bunch of hidden suitcases stuffed full of ballots and keep counting. This is not a banana republic, yet, but if the Democrats continue it will be soon enough.

    That would be funny.
    No may be means there is a right to be present and observe but the law does not say that voting or counting cannot be conducted without watchers. The video does not clearly show that thevwatchers were told to leave. So either way there is no proof that any law was broken or that any fraud was committed.

    as you said it does not show that any fraud occurred which is common theme to any "actual" evidence they present

    The cameras are observing. They must be really really stupid people, knowing cameras are watching them and they still bring out fake votes.

    Why are trump voter bringing out ballots in the middle of the night. With cameras recording their every move?

    Which country was this from? I don't think the OP clarified just where this took place.

    A few days before Election Day Inwas helping out getting the mail in ballots prepared for counting. We made sure that the returned envelopes were in the proper districts. Out gown is very large geographically so we have three different State house districts and two different state senatorial districts. That means the ballots in the down ballot positions are different for the state senate or house districts.

    We also opened the outer envelopes and check for obvious tampering and for a signature and return address. Plus other checks.
    We had a group of watchers that showed up they were properly nominated and their names checked out. They were there to observe an expected close house race. Theybwere reminded of the rules. One of them refused to wear a mask as was the rule in our town hall where we were counting. He stormed off mumbling that his rights were being violated. That group ended up getting to close to the workers and started asking questions and interfering. Theybwere almost breathing down the necks of our workes. The chief moderator warned them twice that they were within 2 feet of our workers and rules say 6 feet and no asking questions they can make reports. The group got up and walked out.

    So since the law does not say that we cannot work with watchers we said good riddence. The entire grioup was there for the Democrat running in three of our 11 districts.

    Using some of your logic younwould say that needed to stop working since the watchers were gone.
