Let's play the If Game. What IF the watchers were wrongfully sent home. What if the ballots were counted with no watchers if the count was proper there is no impact on the election.

The law on watchers does not say that if watchers are not present that that invalidates the count. Recounts did not show any fraud. So foul.

I said if so there could be a procedural issue but if since we are playing if game if no fraud occurred by a procedural issue there is no foul.
