It's the "silly question, silly answer" thing in play.

Ask silly questions and expect silly answers.

Yes, of course, whatever you say. Understanding why humans behave as they do is completely irrelevant.

Brilliant analytical thought processes you display....

Maybe you are an elected official? They are often just as "analytical" as you.

Context is EVERYTHING, and in the context of stopping thousands of people from sh*tting in the city square, the why is irrelevant. If there was a chance that you could come up with a solution and magically end homelessness, then the why might be relevant, but since you cannot, it is NOT relevant. You dont seem to understand or at minimum refuse to acknowledge that very basic and undeniable reality.

If you're handing out money to homeless people, then YES, you are the problem.

Rewarding panhandlers just begets more panhandlers.

The banking industry didn't either the mortgage industry did in no small part because fanny and freddie under Clinton cronies were insuring and approving everything that crossed their desks. The banks didn't right mortgages they bought them, they were the ones that got screwed by people like country wide.

A glow would be visual, not olfactory.

    Nice try through.

Such a thing is possible but, I do not see it as practical. You could cut it down to two facilities by putting all the parents with kids in one place and all the others in another.

Does your response seem like anything other than a non sequitur to you?
    Good luck on what?

GI stands for Government Issue. The Vietnamese girls used to call us occupying roundeyes GI.

    You're welcome.

Hey you gotta go, you gotta go regardless of where you are. If they have no means to use sanitary facilities, then they'll do what they have to do in order to eliminate bodily waste.

I think that @dairyair was saying "no", as in no they shouldn't have the right, because the public streets are "for all to use" and with homeless people lying on them they obstruct people's use of the street.

I understand what a GI is, I was hoping that you were going to explain why it made any sense in the context in which it was used. I suspect I overestimated you and that it was what it appeared, which was nonsensical gibberish.

What happens to whom? The bums? Or the hard working strugglers?

Either way, why ask it about one group, and not the other?

Do you think the average working stiff murders people? If not, then you're advocating for a law which is hostile to murderers. How awful!
