    I asked my Wife to smack me the first thing in the morning and the last thing at night … but I’ll be looking all through the day, but I won’t find anyone looking better than her. I thought I’d at least try.

    BTW … It’s the only place in the world I know an Air France 777 will fly 40 feet over your head and you live to tell about it.

    I think I got some good Video … if I can find it.

    Sounds like somebody might be a little 'pecked. I didn't ask if you oggled any women, I asked about surly natives.

    LOL, when I was there, they were pretty awful. Rude and had no use for Americano tourists. A few exceptions, of course, but for the most part... the Dutch side of the island was rude, the French side was friendly. Go figger?

    I had the same feeling … between the Dutch and French.

    There are no natives … everyone is from somewhere else.

    But I’m a friendly type … so I had no problems with anyone.

    Won money at the casino and dropped it all in Phillipsburg.

    The natives I had dealings with worked at the resort. One drove a shuttle from pool to pool and when we told him we wanted to see the pool nearest the beach he started yelling, "CLOSE!!! THE POOL IS CLOSE!!" We thought he was telling us it was close enough to walk to and kept trying to ask him to point us in the right direction.

    Come to find out, he was telling us the pool was CLOSED.

    LOL, I thought he was gonna pull a knife on us for a minute there. Surly dang people to live in paradise. I'd hate to see how grumpy they'd be if they lives in Oklahoma!

    She does. In that photo they were cooking rice and fish and potatoes. I guess that fresh fish is easy to get there, I don't think there is a lot of meat to eat. Chickens are there for the eggs mostly. She did tell me that she loves pumpkin now, which is fixed the same as squash. And she is happy when the mangoes are in season, which is in the summer.

    Should be interesting when we get over there. I definitely will try to keep a journal of some kind.
