First time in 6 years I haven't gone

Guess I'll just have to have some drinks tonight

 

Don't know who had fun there.....but I wish I would have gone. I'm sure I could have found a way to not spend a lot of money.

They { Who Dey } dint have Beer bongs back in my college days.
They did what was known as shooting beers.The cans were made of steel.
The only aluminum beer was Coor's.An extremely sought after beer in 1971.
I remember on the black market a case of Coor's went for $ 15 in Boston.
I had a college roomie who's family moved from Cleveland to Kansas city
when he was in college.So He brought a couple cases of Coor's back
every year { sophomore till senior } He had them padlocked in a foot locker.
I remember my frosh year there was this girl { Bridget } who was kinda small
and a good women's softball player.She could outdrink any fellar.I saw her shoot
6 cans of beer in less than 30 minutes.At that time a 6 pack was about my limit
before getting drunk.Turned out little Bridget's father owned a Tavern in New Jersey.
A lot of kids at my Catholic College came from out east.My College was rated the
Number One Party college by Playboy Magazine in 1970-71.Due no doubt to a
bunch of horny rowdy kids from N.Y.city and Philly,Pittsburg and New jersey.
Catholics Like to drink.Even Priests.But not till early evening { after 7 pm }.
God Understands.

I knew girl we use to party with back in the day. She could pick up a 5th of Jack Daniels and down 3/4ths of the bottle in one slug. We watched her drink many guys under the table. Many would buy a couple cases of Beer, tall boys. Thinking they were going to get laid. She was very good looking......and I do mean very.

They would come in with vodka, Bacardi's 151, or Tequila. By the end of the night. We would be watching these guys pass out or having to dump them in their car. While she would still be drinking until like 4 or 5 in the morning.

She was younger than the crew I ran with and we all kept an eye out on her when around partying.

Which reminds me.....its been over two and half decades since I have seen her. Despite knowing her family.

 

There's a guy on YouTube from Cleveland { wrong side } who is some kind
of master Beer Chuggler.I can't remember his name.I'll come back later when I figger it
out.He was a real hoot to watch.The only time I say him toss his cookies is when he
attempted to chug a gallon of Cold Milk.Which can be fatal.

 

Got it.I don't know why I couldn't remember his name.Probably because I
stopped going to his YouTube since he slowed down.
He lives in a section of Cleveland I'm totally unfamiliar with.

Haha, that's how I used to roll back in the day..... I would get a 5th and a couple of Snapple's at 5pm and be done with the bottle by 9pm, go get more and a couple of cases of beer then drink 12-15 beers by 4am....

That's how my clique used to party.....

We used to play RBI baseball on the old NES - if you score a run your opponent has to either take a shot or drink half a beer....

Of course I don't drink like that anymore but it was good times tho...

 

I used to know a guy who could just poor beer down his throat...... He used to screw with people and tell them he could drink 2 beers before the other person could do 2 shots...... He usually won - he never got me, but this dude could put down 2 beers in like 7-10 seconds, it was like he was pouring water into a glass when he was pouring down his throat.

 

I never was much of a drinker. When I did drink.....it was alcohol. Never got into Beer. When I came home from overseas for my 21st Birthday. My people got me to drink 21 shots of Crown Royal while playing Bonggammon. As they had picked up a can of Maui for me for a birthday present.

Wherein when doubles were rolled. You had to hit the 4 and half foot bong with someone else holding the carb. Naturally the bowl was packed with more weed the higher the doubles. When you hit boxcars.....the bowl was packed with a Pencil. Which one could barely get the bowl going. As soon as you laid into it.....they let go of the carb and its like a shotgun straight into your lungs.

You know how it is.....peoples faces turning red, eyes going wide in shock, eyes watering, some snorting, and all hacking their brains out for like 15 minutes. Yet Higher than a mutha----

Took me like 4hrs to get the last shot done. It was winter time also and it happened to be extremely cold out that March. Here I just got back from NAM, and wasn't looking forward to winter weather. But I was fine when outside, no problems whatsoever. Could stand up walk around the norm. Speak clearly etc etc.

As soon as I would go back inside. Then I was staggering barely able to move around. Could barely talk or even sit up straight in a chair. When I got dropped back where I was staying. I do remember crawling up the stairs from the second to the third floor and getting inside the door. Where I rested for a few hours, Right there on the floor in front of the door.

 

You guys are reminding me of some old not-so-good memories from my Army days and over drinking.....

Mornin Seth. We got us a cold day here. It was minus 20 last night. About minus 6 now.

I have been going with the Hot Hot Coffee for a good 4 or 5 hrs now.

 

We never really played the weed games, that was always around lol, not to mention it was 10x more potent and 10x more expensive then the stuff you guys got back in the 70's...One can only get so high lol...

I gave up weed a long time ago, however from time to time I do smoke...... Funny part is even at 35 I still get peer pressure to smoke haha....

Weed gives me anxiety man... It's weird because I used to be a huge stoner boy when I was 16-21 hahaha I was pretty much stoned everyday all day during that entire era..... Hell, I would wake up in the morning and smoke a bowl before I even smoked a cigarette.....

 

Well weed back then, was actually started long before becoming an adult. Those were the good ole days. Never Stressed Out....not even with a shooting on the block.
