    Wednesday -- middle of the week now. Middle of the month too.

    Tons of work to do.

    Coffee for breakfast with bacon tortillas. No time to fry eggs to go with it.

    Carbs -- you need carbs too -- not just bacon.

    Frying a flour tortilla is great for wrapping up bacon or scrambled eggs or both.

    I seldom use both. I usually make a breakfast tortilla out of either eggs or bacon.

    Since yesterday I had bacon in tortilla wraps, today I will make scrambled eggs with crushed olives in tortilla wraps. I still have a couple of hours until breakfast though.

    Working from home is a delight.

    Every meal is a delicious banquet and all you can eat.
