if you have a 'disposal' under the sink, there's already a 20amp outlet there, share or choose between the two ;)

I don't have a source for this but Legend has it that Elvis
used to give away a Caddie, every so often.Radio great
    Bill Cunningham { 700 WLW The Big One in Cincinnati }
    tells true adventure when off on vacation from College { summer break }
going out to California for a visit. He ended up flat broke and couldn't afford a
taxi ride to Vegas where he had a flight previously booked. So he up and
decided to get to Vegas On Foot Hitchhiking as back in them days Hitchhiking
was sorta regular.I did it often in college as well.
Well Guess who picked him up about a third of the way into the desert
en route to Las Vegas. It was Big Caddie with Elvis inside being chaufered.
As I recall Elvis barely talked. But Bill did thank him kindly a few times.
That is how us Catholics are taught.Cunninghams Mom was a devout
daily Communicant. As was my Grandmother.Bill went to Xavier U.
    Not Pronounced - Eggs Savour.

Care to share where down here is? Auctions are fun. There use to be a great auction in north central Florida that sold old antiques but it is closed.. I bought a lot that had a solid maple chair in it that I re-did and it turned out gorgeous later found a bench made out of maple and re-did it. I love taking junky looking wood and making decent furniture. Also bought a mahogany nightstand for 5.00 at a yard sale and it turned out great. My husband tries to keep me away from old furniture, with a "Where are you going to put that?"

It is getting spring and my creative side is kicking in. I just started my herb garden this morning in the Areo Garden. We are having trouble with both tractors and sometimes I wonder if what we pay to repair stuff if worth what I save on growing things..

It is possible to be a Granny at age 38.Not impossible for a
12 yr.old to be a mommy and then her offspring daughter likewise {also
    a Mommy at age 12 }. Don't scoff.I bet it's happened historically.
Take a Baby Boomers Grandparents. Many left school and
got married at age 13 or 14.
Of course no longer in this part of the world.Where the cultural stigma
    would be too great.
The youngest female to give birth was recorded in 1933.
A Peruvian girl { Linda Medina } who began menstruating at the
age of eight months was raped when 5 years old.And ended up
giving birth at age 6,5 months.
I know ... I know ... More info than necessary.
Mush easier to just tell some fact like this from hearing inside
a Texas Roadhouse { Preferably NOT on Ladies night }.

This would not be as simple as a case of the Measles.
Yer a grown adult and should use one's noggin about this.

Alright people of the Strange Brews.....made it thru a winter storm 3-5 inches of snow last night. Got home intact, only to have the power go out. Then another 1-2 inches of snow today and the temps to go down to minus 3 with the windchill pushing it to minus 24-35 tonight.

Winter wonderland.....just doesn't come to mind. KnowWhatImean.

Did I mention I plan to have a serious talk with Old Man Winter.

Maybe ... AND Maybe Not.Sounds like old Air Conditioner logic from
the late 50's and 60's.Where units being placed in windows. For specific rooms.
Back in them days there was NO Central Air Conditioning.
    What you say about dat.?

I set a price and stick to it. You have to be willing to let things go.

This Arctic blast should be a shorty.Lasting maybe a week,
    including yesterday and tonight.But it's Severe.Considered a
Polar Arctic Blast.Chicago could break records for coldest day
and also coldest wind chill. Also Coldest Highest Temperatures.
    for a day.
N0 oooooooooooooooooooooooo I was under the Impression
Coldest High's for Nuns walking around the windy city.
    On their day jobs.

My garden is a deep mulch garden. Last summer the tree trimmers came by and dropped of several yards of wood chips. No tilling....very little water...and low maintenance. I got tired of buying or repairing tillers.

stones/pebbles work also... plants just love sand, not soil nor dirt, but plain old sand, the roots flourish... key is to make a 'birm' (higher than surrounding ground), good drainage makes for happy plants...

Depends on how hot the water heats before it is delivered. I don’t know anything about them but they are supposed to be more economical after you over the initial shock of installation. Water has to travel quite a distance from the hot water heater and the tankless water heater would be no different.

No, it won't. My mother has tankless (propane) hot water, works very well, for about one-quarter the cost of the electric HWH it replaced.

    Dirty Old Man.But ... I'm a gettin' there.
