    Didn't watch the game. ...didn't care. Once the athletes are out of school sports just holds no interest for me. Sorry folks.

    So how do you occupy yer time after work.Or on the weekends.
    There's only so many hrs. in the day.Sports and having a favorite
    team helps to alleviate stress and gain back some energy.
    Unless you'd ruther root for some Supply Store that carries the
    latest fashionable Carhartt Line of work clothes.

    New procedure!!!

    So, when I started this semi-truck driving job, we had to make lines on a sheet of paper. We then promised that those lines represented the hours that we worked.

    Now, the computer tracks our (nearly) every movement. Yet, at the end of the day, we still have to perform a couple of clicks that represent our promise that the computer has faithfully recorded our movements.

    This was, evidently, not satisfactory. We now have to perform more clicks, on a weekly basis, promising that we didn't lie about any of those previous daily promises.

    Years ago, I went past the stressed stage and straight into annoyed at the constant losing and more annoyed at me wasting my time watching. I made a decision not waste anymore time watching the Jets lose. I had enough. Ill always be a Jets fan. But for now I just will check in to see the score and wait until next year. lol

    I wore my old comfortable Jets hoodie Sunday.
    The one that I got so annoyed watching them one Sunday that I wrote on the back in black magic marker, "Maybe Next Year!".

    Yeah it didn't seem right when I wrote it. Thanks for the correction.

    I was thinking of this the other day. Ange, the moderator who was here a while back PMed me one day and said, I think you meant "leeway" not "leadway". I had to laugh because forever I said, leadway. No such word as leadway. I was grateful he corrected me. He was the best at correcting my grammar and I was thankful.

    There is always room for improvement.
    That's for sure.

    And the ironic thing is that College Basketball is far more viewed and
    popular than NBA Basketball.
    I used to be a College Basketball junkie.But sports became tainted.
    With Professional Sports and super high salaries and the ability to
    manipulate the opinions of Players.
    One in America should have the right to state their opinion
    w/o need for constant questioning of their politics.

    Drudge had up for a couple days the controversy concerning
    Julie Andrews use of white face in - Mary Poppins -.
    Her face was dirty with Chimney ash.They { whoever " they " be }
    tried to accuse Andrews of being Racist.

    Compare college football to the boring Super Bowl. Even the games of smaller colleges like Alcorn State or Iowa State are a lot more fun to watch.

    Plus you don't have to put up with imbedded politics in the play-by-play and commentary.
