I asked you a couple of questions about comparable cases insofar as high profile killings. You got upset and keep reposting to me. Ignore me if you're upset. And where was my 'mistake'? By asking you a relevant question? Also, stop crying about 'stalking'. Everything I asked you was factual.

I guess he was also probably aware of the numerous mob-beatings which the police are so fond of when a dozen show up to vent their frustration. I also suspect Rodney King wasn't far from his thoughts...

Anything to insure justice is served from both sides and not just to satisfy the vengeance of one.

I think we already know there was a bench warrant out for him.

Can't tell from the second video, he is radioing the guy ran and is in pursuit but as he gets further from the car it starts to break up. He may be fried, but we now know the PO was acting correcting during the stop and the suspect ramped it up when he ran over what appeared to be an innocuous traffic stop that would have gotten him a ticket he could have gotten out of if he went to trial and showed the receipt for the repair.

I want to hear from the officer about his motivations.

Rodney King would have never had a confrontation with law enforcement if he hadn't have been driving drunk.
    Stop breaking the law.

Charged or just arrested. He hasn't been arraigned as far as I know.

You make a great point, I definitely jumped the gun with my comments (no pun intended). Motive is key.

Why do you assume that is why the officer fired the shots? Why do you assume the officer even knew about the child support?

So did this officer, he even use non-lethal force to arrest him gut it didn't work.

I for one don't, because it will just be a load of self serving BS unionisms to deflect responsibility for using excessive force.

I'm not so sure, has he been arraigned? He has been arrested on a charge of murder, but has he indicted?

He DID TASE him. You can hear it in the second video and you can see the lines attached in the first video as the suspect turns to run. Was the officer just gathering it up, making sure it was not damaged after being knocked out of his hand and to the ground and a further danger to the suspect or anyone else? Don't know.

My suspicion is this cop planted the taser because he knew he had acted excessively. This gave him an out.

Which is the problem our justice system has now become, mob justice. Just as here with people, like in the Brown shooting, demanding the officer been lynched in the town square when they don't know the facts yet.

I don't know, I haven't read into the whole thing. But the way you insistently bring it up, I'd say you think it was bad.

You haven't read what? How the FBI took out Weaver's wife?

You mean the multiple felon that was evading cops in a high speed chase of over 120 MPH, cracked out on PCP, and then attacked the cops? That Rodney King? Actions have consequences. If you think it only happens to blacks, check out the latest brawl in the parking lot of Walmart in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Yeah because picking it up and keeping it beside the guy he tased, and eliminating the risk of someone else grabbing the taser, seems so far fetched. People always seem to forget that there are three sides to every story.

    That's exactly right.

"Give us the justice we demand or we'll burn this birch to the ground!"

Doesn't matter why such consequences occurred.

Such a feel good story. Care to tell it again? I'll get the popcorn.

A one shot kill to the head? I still haven't read up on it enough to give an answer outside of what originally started the whole debacle, which to my understanding started with a torqued off neighbor.

Yes we all know you have prejudged the case without having all the facts.

    - - - Updated - - -

He had USED the TASER on the suspect and it was still attached to him but laying back where it had been knocked from his hand. I think you and others are desperately trying to read something into it without hearing from the officer.

    - - - Updated - - -

Why? Afraid some mitigating facts might crop up?

No, but you're more than welcome to go over the story, again and again, that you've already decided on while you eat your popcorn. I can see, by your sarcastic remarks, that you don't like knowing there are still two other stories out there.

Your solution to not liking Government policy is "move to another country(Cuba)" ? I wish the religious right would take your advice :)
