Id say it’s ecology. When populations get too big, exceeding what the ecosystem can sustain, something will happen that puts that population in check. In nature, it’s usually a lack of food or some other vital resource that curbs a population. In our case it may end up being pollution that lowers fertility and decreases sex drive.
Just a guess. Wouldn’t surprise me though. Nature always wins in the end.

They can lower the population growth by making people healthier and live longer? Obviously he uses "healthcare" and "vaccines", as euphemisms.
