The entire State of Hawaii is embroiled in the Barry Hussein Soetoro birth certificate mess now. You must remember the president’s April 2011 very public celebratory release of his long form birth certificate.

Amid the Democrat leaping chest bumps and one kneed fist pumps, I’d say that it was a very respectful and dignified celebration.

You thought it was over, you thought the “birthers” were defeated and everyone from the Supreme Court to Congress could go on pretending that Barry Hussein Soetoro is a legitimate president.

First, the lawsuit is, at this point, mere days from having summary judgment found against Taitz (meaning it will be over). Since the 6/2 Order you posted, a lot of things have happened.

Second, Hawaii wouldn't be in contempt of court until the Judge executes the subpoena, which hasn't been done yet and will never be done.

Leave it to the Birthers to regularly demonstrate their complete lack of knowledge as to how the legal process works.

 

Shall we toss in the fact that the Federal District Court in Washington DC has no jurisdiction over the State of Hawaii which is in the 9th Curcuit District Court's jurisdiction? Only the Court of Jurisdiction can issue a compelling subpoena.

What false document? His birth certificate was verified authentic by the issuing authority. There is no better evidence of its authenticity.

Interestingly GW and Bill Clinton never had a question about where they were born because information about both is know. However Both John McCain and Barry Hussien Soetoro (BHO) had questions raised early about each man's eligibility. McCain because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone and Soetoro because at the time it was thought by some that he was born in Kenya. Plus, it was known by all that his father was not an American citizen. Both these things were possible red flags that Soetoro may not be eligible to serve to be president.

So what happened. McCain was vetted. He had a Congressional hearing which both Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barry Hussein Soetoro were apart off and this committee affirmed that McCain was indeed a Natural Born Citizen in full compliance with the constitutional mandate.

What was done about Barry? The subject was ignored He sealed all establishing documents from Kindergarten to his time in the Illinois State Senate. And though he was asked repeated to show his birth certificate by many people before he received the Democrat nomination to be president. He stonewalled and spent over 1.2 million dollars in legal fees to prevent assess to his birth record until 2 1/2 years into his presidency when he thought a book by Dr. Jerome Corsi entitled "Where's the Birth Certificate" might hurt his chances of re-election.

So he produced a "birth certificate" that many experts have called into question. However only those who are willing to suspend disbelief can make totally ignore statements like, "He was vetted like GW and Bill Clinton.

Or call someone a Racist when someone is asking a legitimate question that was never properly answered by Barry.

 

There were never any Congressional hearings for John McCain. And to this day, McCain has never released his birth certificate.

Except of course there was no hearing, and there was no committee. Congress passed a resolution affirming their belief that John McCain was eligible- without any evidence. However of course, Congress affirmed Barack Obama was eligible when they confirmed his election, without a single opposing vote.

And of course we all know where the birth certificate is- because Hawaii has told us multiple times- unlike that for any other President.

And what experts? Seriously not a single unbiased and credentialed expert has stated any such thing. The real experts are the State of Hawaii- and they say that the birth certificate is authentic.

In any lawsuit, divorce, property dispute one could challenge the oppositions citizenship and bird records.
