    When the "homeless" are tired of being homeless, they'll start taking their meds -- so they can function and hold down a job, or they'll go through a substance program -- so they can function and hold a job, or they'll move to an area of the US where they can find employment and cheap housing.

    Until then, I hope they enjoy their life on the streets.
