I'll explain.

First, you buy a car that works fine for $2000, then you sell it back to the government who uses your tax money to give you $2500 to throw a perfectly good car away.

This ensured there were no more cheap, functional used cars for anyone.

 

That was brilliant! No wonder why unemployment was so high and millennials where living in their moms basement. They couldn’t find a reasonably priced car so they went on welfare!
