    the record is clear-he misrepresents what others have said-its out there for everyone to see and when he gets schooled on it, we get silly responses. who else used to do that but was banned before this guy showed up?

    The single most deadly weapon in these mass shooting areas which tend to be close to mid range (schools hallways, theaters etc.) are shotguns. A shotgun will completely sever a limb and if you get hit center mass with a shotgun you are pretty much 100% dead.

    which is why the guys walking "Point" often carry them. When my GB nephew was doing house clearing operations in Iraq 12 or so years ago, shotguns were very popular for the first or second guy up front

    Semiautomatic guns allow a user to fire additional shots simply by pulling the trigger.

    Just like a revolver which is not semiautomatic.

    But that does not invalidate the study. The very fact that a semiautomatic rifle can fire a bullet at a significantly higher velocity than a handgun would result in more serious injuries and deaths.

    Only if it hits the target which can be considerably more difficult in confined area with a long gun.
