that was like 40 years ago in wisconsin, not real news worthy. They shut down dozens of prisons and sold the buildings. It supported their catch and release program.

 

The Justice System let those children down, and it's readily obvious except to admit that would mean to admit these policies were wrong and no progressive will ever want to admit that.

A $1,000 bail for 3 Misd, and 2 Felonies?

He was sentenced according to the law and based in the severity of his crime. I am sorry if you don't like it, but it is what it is. Obviously the courts did not think his crimes were serious enough to call for life sentence. Life sentence calls requires a very serious crime. I doubt he would have been sent in for life in any State. Aggravated battery can range from breaking someone nose to a much worse beating, and the sentence depends on the case.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't eye witnesses state that he appeared to be AIMING at the victims? Meaning he wasn't making an effort to avoid but instead an effort to hit.

That's self defense, dude. A black male driving an SUV into a crowd of white Christians is an attack, not a defense.

I want EVERYBODY to take a long hard look at the headline of this video (and news articles about the incident)..... Notice how it doesn't make any mention of a black male targeting white Christians? Notice how it doesn't make any mention of any person at all, but rather blames an inanimate object (an SUV) for the incident? No, an SUV did not plow into a group of white Christians... a BLACK MALE intentionally plowed an SUV into a group of white Christians...

People need to pay close attention to how the media frames this sort of stuff and be relentless in informing others of the media's manipulative tactics and to get the truth out.

 

I don't think he wanted to hit anyone according to this headline.
