The question becomes how many c-19 cases have actually tested positive for c-19 and how many deaths have actually been been shown to be from people who tested positive for c-19.

Turkey was lambasted recently for only reporting c-19 deaths and cases because they only reported these instances from attributable test data. They were accused of under reporting!

So are we conflating this data worldwide with presumed cases and deaths? Given that the symptoms are so vague, this could be quite significant.

It’s fascinating to me that there always has to be some terrracide drama. Before this there was Greta and the extinction rebellion people who warned us that the human race was headed for extinction in perhaps a generation.

I guess it’s a testament to the West that we have so few problems that we can entertain ourselves in this psychologically self destructive narcissism.

When six million people have already died this year of starvation, I wonder if their families are enraged that we don’t give a **** about that but prefer to cater to this much smaller threat!

There were ~77,000 confirmed cases of Covid-19 reported yesterday in the US alone and every death attributed to Covid-19 was done so because a medical examiner (or doctor or infectious disease expert) determined that they had a good faith justification in believing that Covid-19 played a causal role in their death.

It is a mistake to think that caring about Covid-19 means that you do not care about other causes of death.

It does when trillions are spent on this virus and not nearly so much is spent on things that kill exponentially more.

I’m sorry but a medical examiner is not God and cannot ascertain that this was the cause of death without supporting lab data that confirms that the patient was positive for Covid 19.

It has nothing to do with being God and everything to do with years of relevant expertise and experience. Lab tests return false negatives, up to 20% of the time in some cases, and thus demanding that a confirmed lab test back up the conclusion of the medical expert is nonsensical and not helpful.

And the reason why this virus demands trillions in response is because it is a novel infectious disease which is also deadly. And because it's impact makes just about every other concern you might have worse - it impacts food supply (by infecting the workers in meat processing plants), it impacts heart disease (because it causes heart damage), it impacts mental issues (because the lack of an ability to control the virus imposes more stress and depression on people), etc.

Scientists in the Netherlands and Japan and in many other countries do not speak with one voice and this virus is tearing up western economies.

Be terrified if you wish and hide if you wish but this virus will find you!!! Ask the Belgians who locked things down as tightly as possible only to have the highest death rate in the world. Ask the Japanese who closed virtually nothing and have one of the lowest death rates in the world.

Cancer or heart disease or senescent organ failure will kill you but it’s extremely unlikely this virus will.

It is sad how many people bow blindly at the feet of "medical professionals" as long as they are being told what they want to hear. Even in the face of evidence to the contrary. Go figure.

You’re right. I can definitely see how COVID19 is the cause of death for an aneurism or congenial heart disease. Backtracking on her words once the liberal left got a hold of her.

I’m still curious to see George Floyd’s death certificate. He did test positive for COVID19. Is it worth it for the left to list Floyd as a COVID19 death or is it more beneficial to the left’s narrative to call his death a murder. Forget about the meth and fentanyl in his system.

Belgium locked down very late and has been criticised for being so late
"Even as Italy shuts down its shops and restaurants and puts strict limits on travel, Belgium is doing little to combat the epidemic, only issuing a recommendation against holding indoor events with more than 1,000 people"
    Why isn’t Belgium in lockdown?
For Italians in Brussels, it’s like living through a horror movie we’ve seen before.

That is such an over simplistic view of what Japan did, that it's painfully obvious you don't know a thing about it.

    Example:

Question: Can you tell me how to bake a cake?
Answer: Put it in the oven.

When one says that the experts agree that is an oversimplification.

I need more context. Agree on what?

Experts agree that gravity is a thing. Is that an oversimplification?
Experts agree that this disease is highly contagious and dangerous. Is that an oversimplification?

    Nope, that's incorrect. ;-)

First you turn the oven on to the proper temperature and then bake the cake until a toothpick stuck into it comes out moist but not batter sticky

When experts all agree, they are milking grant money for a goal.

The term expert is a degree that can be printed on a color inkjet and means nothing other than a self appointed title.

Sweden, The Netherlands, the US and Japan have all dealt with lockdowns unequally with different success rates.

    Lockdowns are not a panacea

You’re absolutely correct. A man that served seven years in prison for aggravated assault from pistol whipping a pregnant woman that once released tried to pass counterfeit money while jacked up on meth and fentanyl has no empathy from me. What does bother me is the police officer that murdered him and the other three that stood and watched. Here’s my post from May 27th.

The more I watch that video the more I’m convinced that’s 2nd degree murder. I don’t care what Floyd did prior to being handcuffed. The police are not the judge and jury. Once handcuffed and on the ground Floyd was not a threat. That officer needs to be charged with murder in the 2nd and the other 3 officers (whom I did not see in the video and am only going on what is reported) need to be at least charged with accomplice to negligent homicide. That was wrong police procedure in every manner.

I was posting about iron ions and porphyrin rings 3 1/2 months ago.

Covid-19 had us all fooled, but now we might have finally found its secret.
    Posted on April 8, 2020

.........Your red blood cells carry oxygen from your lungs to all your organs and the rest of your body. Red blood cells can do this thanks to hemoglobin, which is a protein consisting of four “hemes”. Hemes have a special kind of iron ion, which is normally quite toxic in its free form, locked away in its center with a porphyrin acting as it’s ‘container’. In this way, the iron ion can be ‘caged’ and carried around safely by the hemoglobin, but used to bind to oxygen when it gets to your lungs.......

Yeah. Stop listening to whomever told you that. No credible experts said that lock down was the one and only thing we needed to do.

I'm so disgusted. If we could have come together for just a few short weeks, we'd be almost fully open by now.

Yet, "blah blah hoax **** masks hoax bad libs bad," won the day and now are numbers are skyrocketing.

So, good job to the hoax, maskhole covidiot crowd. (They come in both red & blue flavors for your convenience.)

One is going to be exposed or not but probably but probably exposed.

One is going to die due to the exposure or not and very probably not.

Life is risk and in this casino something will take you out.

If the dumbest Americans would start wearing masks and doing the distancing, we'd be in SOOOOOOOOOO much better shape.

Guess who is running out of hospital space? FloriDUH.

FFS - it's not live or die - it's so much more complex than that.

Masks have a small effect on transmission rate and few are even wearing them in the screaming BLM rallies. Take it up with them if you are not afraid of accusations of racism!
