Will this be another racial flashpoint? Who's right and wrong here? What do you think happened?
The woman's crappy neighbor got her swatted by not minding his own business. Whenever busybodies call the thugs at 911, someone dies and it is usually an innocent person.
Usually? Can you cite justified shootings vs. unjustified?
What about Stefon Diggs?
Barging into peoples homes in the middle of the night and shooting them dead is first degree murder. This cop should be charged with first degree murder.
That was not my question. I responded to your hilarious post that said the innocent one "usually" dies.
I asked for your number so we can confirm your post.
Are you saying you have failed to provide a source that innocent people "usually" are the victims of police shootings? You should think carefully before reading the FBI's Uniform Crime Report.
Google it, There are countless instances where the thug cops have murdered people when responding to 911 calls.
This article doesn't confirm that innocent people are "usually" the victims of police shootings. I asked for your statistics that can verify your CLAIM.
A very wild claim, at that.
It appears you have failed to do so.
Why was the front door wide open?
How come when cops shoot a white person, race is not a prominent feature of the headline?
Damn, now its illegal to leave your door open in America. People have more freedom in North Korea.
While I cant defend this, that open door looked like a possible burglary to a cop with little training, I'd guess. Doubt he pulled up with intent to shoot a black person.
You'll lose money if you bet on that.
Why? Have any evidence?
Is this a crime to leave you’re door open now?
Nope. But if a neighbor sees it open at 230 am(when this happened) and calls the cops thinking it might be a burglary(what happened here) you get amped up cops responding and barging in and shooting in 4 seconds(absolutely disgusting, and also something I read happened).
The neighbor feels absolutely awful about it all and blames themselves.
The cop needs to be fired, tried, and convicted.
I am still trying to figure out why her race was highlighted, especially in the title.
Do they believe her race was a factor in the shooting?
Or is it just to stir up more racial division?
I just watched the video on Fox News, and my initial reaction was that the officer had a negligent discharge. He may have had his finger in the trigger well and unintentionally squeezed it. I am not making excuses for his actions. He should absolutely be held accountable and the policy of reacting to a call for a welfare check should be examined. But, as a combat-infantry veteran from Iraq 2004, upon first reaction to the video, this seems like a negligent discharge of a weapon.
Welfare check should be loud knocking on front door yelling police, storm door was closed. Looks like a bad shoot, unless she pointed a weapon at him.
He barely got it raised/may not have fully raised it when it discharged. You may be right.
Why would a racially motivated cop not trigger a racially motivated response?
This particular racially motivated azzhole needs to fry:
A wannabe hired in 2017, who never was and never will be the man he thought himself to be. He's got Capital Punk written all over his face.
Fry him to death:
Separate names with a comma.
