Texas health care worker tests positive for Ebola

"A health care worker at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital has tested positive for Ebola after a preliminary test, the state's health agency said in a statement.

Confirmatory testing will be conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.

The employee helped care for Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States. Duncan died on Wednesday."

The reality being that If you lie to get into a place that can help you, and are thus not in a position that allows for immediate treatment your care will not be immediate or as effective. If however you are truthful and allow for medical professionals to actually know what they are dealing with...your chances for survival increase dramatically.

Likely you will also limit the chances of exposing others to your infection.

Health care workers should strike until travel from these infection zones is forbidden and infected people are quarantined.

This healthcare worker was in full protective gear while treating Duncan but yet still contracted ebola, and we keep being told how hard it is to catch it. Things do not add up, what is going on. Oh and thanks to Mr. Duncan for lying about his condition to get to the US and now spreading it within this country.

 

Would you waste tens of millions of dollars developing a drug that's going to be used 100,000 times? Do you know how much each dose would cost?
