    the pro gun movement is supposedly anti-government pursuant to 2d Amendment rights

    you are entitled to your opinion

    just the same, the facts remain that a great many affirm 2d Amendment rights as a means of controlling government and stopping all manner of government abuse - but these hypocrites draw the line when it comes to protecting blacks or other minorities from police attacks - such hypocrisy kills their own arguments


    fact - not flame baiting - it's just that you are too afraid of confronting that TRUTH

    For this to be true, the government would have to be anti-2A rights in violation of the Constitution and Cruikshank, Miller, Heller, McDonald and Caetano. Is it your position that the government is anti rights?

    Why are you complaining about police brutality in a gun control forum? It's totally off topic.

    Are you asking us to attack the NYC government? As far as I'm concerned, that's a chore for the citizens of the City and State of New York. Unfortunately, they've been disarmed by the City and State of New York. No surprise why.

    Anti gun control types say gun rights are essential to protect against government abuses. Police brutality is government abuse. Therefore, you right wingers should endorse gun rights to stop police.

    I have to agree with you totally.

    That said, I am Second Amendment all the way. "Shall not be infringed" means just that. I also believe that this applies to all law abiding Americans. The terms left and right keep getting thrown around here in the forum. I always find it interesting to see those terms used as I don't fit either of those. When talking political issues I prefer to think about things from the perspective of the Political Compass.

    I hope your not suggesting because I support the Second Amendment that I am one of your "hypocrites".

    I'm all in favor of the New Yorkers protecting what little gun rights the city and state of New York have left them. Why don't you make a citizen's arrest of those cops? Don't you live in New York, or are you just all blather on the internet?
