You see in Jesus what you want to see rather than who he was. All words are subject to interpretation. Your post demonstrates your preference for negative interpretations. If you see only negatives in Jesus' teachings, how many other things around you are subject to those same personal prejudices? Do you see most of life in terms of its negatives? I suspect so.
Are you calling your favorite deity a liar? Matthew 10:5 (NLT) = Jesus sent out the twelve apostles with these instructions: “Don’t go to the Gentiles or the Samaritans, Matthew 15:24 (NLT) = Then Jesus said to the woman, “I was sent only to help God’s lost sheep—the people of Israel.” http://www.thebricktestament.com/the_parables_of_jesus/use_of_parables_explained/mk04_33-34.html 5 pictures
The Holy Bible is certainly NOT a complete record of Jesus or his teachings. Every conceivable perspective on every conceivable issue can cite passages from the Bible to support their views. The two quotes you cite are no more exhaustive of Jesus or his teachings than any two sentences I've ever uttered in my life can be taken to represent mine. Sorry.
