While other Republican candidates have been embracing what is called retail politics, shaking hands, personal involvement with voters, walking in parades, kissing babies -- that kind of stuff -- the former Republican President and leading contender for 2024 shuns the personal approach. With his history of criminal indictments, participation in the Jan. 6 insurrection, and being declared a sexual predator in a recent lawsuit, Trump is scared to death of what people may ask or say when up close and personal.

Trump's psyche and monstrous ego far prefer large crowds. Under the circumstances, can you blame him?

CNN reports, "As America celebrated its independence, while divided on the true nature of its values, it also braced for a toxic presidential campaign likely to deepen its political trauma and again push the election system to its limits.

"Donald Trump, for example, put on a July Fourth weekend show of force, highlighting his early dominance of the Republican race for president and the stiff task his rivals face in trying to thwart his bid to win their party’s nomination for the third time in a row.

"The former commander-in-chief drew a massive crowd at a rally in the key early state of South Carolina on Saturday, which reverberated with his false claims about election interference and over his indictment for allegedly mishandling classified documents after he left office. But the raucous event in Pickens also showed the enduring power of his personality and feral political appeal to GOP base voters. And, coupled with his lead in primary polling, it should be a warning to Democrats that the most disruptive president in modern history has a realistic chance of a White House reprise that would likely be even more tumultuous than his first term."

It should be noted that Trump's base voters rarely speak of him. It is as if they are ashamed of their adoration, or they are unable to explain why they support the former President.

In any case, we know their support for Trump is silent admiration.

That is very strange, but there it is.

Please, someone explain to me why Biden's approval rating on the economy is so low. There has been no explanation of this phenomenon on this forum. So, I'm curious as to why so many feel that way.

Is it ignorance of how the economy works? When replying, keep in mind that during prosperous times -- meaning full employment and robust spending -- inflation is a byproduct. Lower prices occur during a recession with high unemployment and less spending.
    ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************

That was written on June 29. There still are no satisfactory explanations as to why 60% of Americans think our President is doing a poor job on the economy.

Evidence to the contrary keeps piling up -- as was the case on June 29 -- leading one to believe ignorance concerning how the economy works is the reason for Biden's poor marks, not Biden.

I am willing to be convinced otherwise, assuming that is possible. Keep in mind, inflation is a byproduct of prosperous times. Inflation is caused by robust spending resulting from full employment.

CNN reports, "Stocks tumbled on Thursday after fresh data signaled that the labor market remains piping hot, heightening concerns that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates for longer than expected.

"US private sector businesses added an estimated 497,000 jobs, according to payroll processor ADP’s latest National Employment Report released Thursday. That’s significantly higher than the 220,000 jobs economists predicted, according to Refinitiv.

"The labor market just won’t quit, but this could be another case of “good news is bad news” for the Federal Reserve.

"The US unemployment rate has been at or below 4% for the past year and a half, and the economy has gained an average of 314,000 jobs each month this year through May.

"People who need jobs are getting them, and those with jobs are getting paid more. Business and consumer sentiment remain resilient and spending and investment are also proving to be relatively robust. Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of economic output, grew by 2% in the first quarter.

"Job growth is a sign of a healthy economy."

Yet, for some unknown reason, possibly ignorance, a large majority of Americans think this is bad and blame Biden. Go figure!

One Republican blamed Biden for increasing the money supply, as if increasing the amount of money Americans have to spend is a bad think.

    Go figure!

It is hard to believe, but a former President of the United States wrote this -- a former Republican President who has been criminally indicted twice. Charges are pending regarding his leading role in the failed attempt to overthrow our elected government on Jan. 6, 2021.

This is what Donald Trump wrote.

"As my Poll numbers go higher & higher, the Communists, Marxists, & Fascists get more & more CRAZY with their ridiculous Indictments & Election Interference plans & plots, all controlled by an out of control, & very corrupt, DOJ/FBI. They have WEAPONIZED Law Enforcement in America at a level not seen before."

"Deranged Jack Smith, who is a sick puppet for A.G. Garland & Crooked Joe Biden, should be DEFUNDED & put out to rest," he continued. "Republicans must get tough or the Dems will steal another Election. MAGA!"

"President Trump famously declared during his 2016 campaign that he loved the “poorly educated” because voters with lower levels of schooling delivered an overwhelming share of votes to him," the conservative Washington Times.

America's real problem is that millions of Trump's followers have a mindset that approves of this kind of language from a former President.

That is why Trump wrote it. He was writing to his many fans. Currently, he is running for President.

Despite the fact that Trump lost 60 out of 61 court cases and was rejected by the Supreme Court, each confirming the lost reelection, despite the fact that Trump has offered no evidence supporting his view that he won, the Republican base is enamored with him and believe he won reelection.

Strangely, they are silent about Trump in discussion groups, including this thread.

There is a reason why Trump's followers still have that unenlightened view despite stark reality.

Actually, there are two possible reasons.

First, they are ignorant of stark reality and they prefer it that way. They don't take the time to learn the facts surrounding an issue -- in this case, the 2020 Presidential election. They are uninformed. They don't know, and they don't want to know. Simply adoring the former President is all they need to know. This would explain their reticence on discussion forums.

The other group consists of anarchists. They support Trump because he is a loose cannon, and he is responsible for tearing America and its government apart. Trump's judges are replacing the legislative and executive branches of our government. This group of Republicans could not be happier. Of course, they want to keep their true allegiance, anarchism, secret, and that would explain their reticence on discussion forums.

As explained above, there are two groups of Republicans who are supporting Trump. There is the group mentioned here, and the second group consists of rebellious anarchists.

The anarchists seem to know what they are doing, but the problem with the first group is their ignorance of reality. Consequently, this group makes up its own reality. They say things they want to be true, but are not.

This can be a problem in discussions. The best to handle it is to ignore fantasies.

To argue with fantasy is a total waste of time.

The DOJ has spent over $9.2 million investigating former President Donald Trump!

That is a wise investment in America's future.

During his first tour of duty in the White House, Trump was impeached twice but was freed by Senate Republicans, rejected American intelligence at Helsinki while accepting Putin's version of Russian interference in our election, removed the ban on Iranian nuclear weapons, embarrassed our country by going to North Korea to shake hands with Kim Jung Un with whom he shared "love letters" (Trump's phraseology), and counted the Chinese dictator, Xi Jinping, as one of his friends while angering our friends in the EU.

After leaving office, things got worse for the former President. He has been criminally indicted twice, with another criminal indictment for attempting to overthrow our elected government most likely coming soon. A recent lawsuit declared him a sexual predator, and he is facing another criminal indictment in Georgia possibly in August.

The DOJ has invested $9.2 million so far to prevent this man from becoming our President again.

CNN explains, "The Justice Department has spent over $9.2 million investigating former President Donald Trump since the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith in November, according to the first public accounting of his expenses.

"Smith’s office, leading the high-profile investigations into Trump, has spent more than $5.4 million between November and March 31, the Justice Department said. Other DOJ entities have spent an additional $3.8 million to support Smith.

"Smith is investigating efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and prosecuting former Trump for allegedly retaining classified information after he left the White House."

Our President goes on a vital mission this coming week. World peace in this century may be at stake as he endeavors to control a rogue state -- Russia -- who invaded a friend of ours.

Politico reports, "President Joe Biden’s trip to Europe next week may feel familiar, coming under the shadow of an increasingly stalemated war.

"But for administration officials and foreign policy experts, the five-day swing across the Atlantic has quickly taken on heightened import: a bit of high-wire act diplomacy that could profoundly impact international alliances and fundamentally alter the very course of the war itself.

"Biden leaves Sunday for a trip that will have at its heart the NATO summit in Lithuania. Held in Vilnius, just a few hundred miles from the fighting, the alliance’s gathering comes as Ukraine has slowly rolled out its counter-offensive.

"Biden, his aides previewed, will use a major address Wednesday before NATO to forcefully urge for a redoubling of Western support for Ukraine. He will declare it imperative that Kyiv be sufficiently armed to make real progress before the fighting season slows for mud and then snow. He also will point to NATO’s response over the past 16 months, and the alliance’s expansion, to argue that he’s delivered on a promise to repair America’s alliances — and use the recent mutiny in Russia as further evidence that efforts by allies have been working."

Collective defense means that an attack against one Ally is considered as an attack against all Allies. The principle of collective defense is enshrined in Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty.

The Times reports, "President Biden said in an interview that aired on Sunday that Ukraine was not ready for membership in NATO and that it was “premature” to begin the process to allow Ukraine to join the alliance in the middle of a war.

"In an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, Mr. Biden said that he did not “think there is unanimity in NATO about whether or not to bring Ukraine into the NATO family now,” and that the process could take place only after a peace agreement with Russia was in place."

“If the war is going on, then we’re all in war,” Mr. Biden said, referring to the alliance’s commitment to collective defense. “We’re at war with Russia, if that were the case.”

A Republican Senator is blocking the appointment of the Commandant of the Marine Corps over abortion rights!

CNN reports, "A major branch of the US military does not have a Senate confirmed leader for the first time in more than a century, as a result of a Republican senator refusing to lift his block on military nominations.

"Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. David Berger relinquished command on Monday. His successor, Gen. Eric Smith, has not yet been confirmed to take over due to the hold on senior military nominations by Alabama Republican Sen. Tommy Tuberville.

"He doesn’t buy concerns about the impact on military readiness “whatsoever.”

“I told y’all all along if I thought this was a risk, I wouldn’t be doing this,” Tuberville said. “This is not a risk. We got people that can get the job done, and not just get it done, can do it the right way, and do it the best way for the American people.”

"Smith is one of more than 200 general and flag officers whose nominations are currently stalled in the Senate due to a hold by Tuberville over his protest of new Pentagon reproductive health policies.

"Tuberville “believes the Pentagon is circumventing the role of Congress and flouting existing federal law, which narrowly restricts the use of taxpayers funds” for abortions."

Little wonder as to why Republicans don't say much when it comes to the actions of their party. In this case, our national security is being threatened by a Republican Senator. What in the world can grassroots Republicans say to that?

There are times I think Trump Republicans exist for the sole purpose of disrupting our government. In other words, they endeavor to act like complete jerks.

In this case, Republicans in the House can't even get along with Republicans in the Senate.

NBC reports, "A brewing battle over how to fund the federal government is poised to escalate this week when Congress returns from a two-week recess.

"The House Republican majority is on a collision course with the Senate as appropriators in both chambers advance conflicting versions of a sweeping package, which must become law by Sept. 30 to prevent a government shutdown."

Note: Despite the urgency, House Republicans are deliberately picking a fight, not only with the Biden administration, but also Senate Republicans.

NBC continued, "Unlike the House, Senate leaders have moved on a bipartisan path and key senators say they intend to reassert themselves after taking a back seat in the recent debt ceiling negotiations.

"Yet divisions over U.S. aid to Ukraine and the inclusion of GOP-backed abortion restrictions and anti-LGBTQ policies have further complicated work on the must-pass bill, with a month-long August recess giving Congress limited time to hammer it out.

"Seeking to appease ultraconservative members who are angry about the budget agreement in the debt ceiling deal, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and House Appropriations Chair Kay Granger, R-Texas, have announced they will pass funding at lower levels than established in the recent law.

"While House Republicans battle with Democrats, the Senate is taking a different approach in marking legislation at the agreed-to caps and avoiding policies that are poison pills for either party.

"Senate Appropriations Chair Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Vice Chair Susan Collins, R-Maine, issued a joint statement vowing to move “full steam ahead and in a bipartisan way.”

"They also vowed to assert the Senate's power, a signal that the funding debate will play out differently than the debt limit bill."

It would seem House Republicans just want to piss everyone off.

Speaking of congress, what I find interesting is that today 41% of voters say they’d for Republicans in congress vs 40% for the Democratic candidates in the generic congressional ballot. Question 10.

    https://docs.cdn.yougov.com/01qmicwezl/econTabReport.pdf

I think the important number is in the independent column where 25% of independents say they’d vote Democratic, 31% Republicans. These numbers don’t mean much if anything for November 2024, but they do let you know where things stand today.

The rivalry as you put, I’d say are between the avid pro and anti-Trumpers. That most folks who aren’t either very avid pro or anti-Trump aren’t paying much attention to this rivalry if any. It’s only the die-hard partisans of both major parties that are and set in their ways and in their partisanship, loyalty to their party. That leaves roughly half of all America going about their daily business, living their lives, not pay much if any attention to politics, with a who cares attitude. Whether their favorite sports wins or loses is more important to them than who wins a presidential election.

CNN reports, "President Joe Biden has already secured a powerful deliverable from his Europe trip – one that will weaken Russia’s strategic position in another detrimental consequence of its invasion of Ukraine.

"Turkey’s lifting of its blockade on Sweden’s entry into NATO was a significant and stunning move on the eve of the NATO summit in Lithuania. The reversal by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan came hours after he warned Sweden would be out in the cold until Turkey got its long-delayed membership in the European Union.

"Once Sweden finally joins NATO, it will bolster Biden’s reputation as a US leader who reinvigorated and expanded the bloc. Finland – which decided to sign up, like Sweden, after the invasion of Ukraine – has already added hundreds of miles of NATO territory on Russia’s border. Biden’s lifeline of arms and ammunition for Ukraine and leadership of the alliance has made him the most significant president in transatlantic affairs at least since George H.W. Bush, who presided over the end of the Cold War and the reunification of Germany. His legacy will ultimately depend, however, on the outcome of the war in Ukraine and his capacity to avoid a direct clash with Russia."

    I am in shock!

Trump wants to delay his trial.

Politico reports, "Donald Trump on Monday called for a lengthy delay before he goes to trial for allegedly hoarding military secrets at his Mar-a-Lago estate, contending that proceeding while he remains a candidate for president would make it virtually impossible to seat an impartial jury.

"Trump’s eagerness to push off a trial sets up the first significant test in the unprecedented, ultra-high-profile case for U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, who is already weighing special counsel Jack Smith’s push for a December 2023 trial, one his team says is strongly in the public interest to begin as soon as possible.

"The defense filing says bluntly that this December is too soon to start a trial and urges Cannon not to set a trial date now, but makes clear that Trump’s lawyers oppose any trial that would start during the presidential election season, which will get underway in earnest late this year. Assuming Trump wins the Republican nomination, the defense position appears to urge nearly a year of delay beyond what prosecutors are proposing."

Trump announced his candidacy unusually early -- November 2022 -- a phenomenal two years ahead of time. Did Trump announce his candidacy ahead of time because he knew he had broken our nation's laws and would be facing multiple indictments as is the case now?

Is he that bad? Guess so. His supporters aren't saying a thing. They don't want to talk about him.

The Trump appointed federal judge at one point gave Trump virtually everything he wanted. She was overruled and received a slap on the wrist by the appeals court which consisted other Trump appointed judges.

This time Trump didn't get much.

ABC reports, "The federal judge overseeing the case involving former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents after leaving office has agreed to delay an upcoming hearing in the case.

"Judge Aileen Cannon agreed Tuesday to delay a hearing involving how to handle classified material in special counsel Jack Smith's prosecution of Trump and his valet, Walt Nauta.

"The hearing, originally scheduled for Friday, July 14, will now occur on Tuesday, July 18."

Apparently, young Judge Cannon, a rookie on the district court, learned something. Why a rookie was assigned to a historical criminal trial involving a former President, a first, is a mystery.

A criminal indictment involving Trump for his role in leading the Jan. 6 insurrection attempt is likely to happen soon. For reasons they are unable to explain, his supporters will welcome the criminal indictment.

Since Trump has been indicted, his popularity among Republican voters who want him as our next President has increased.

CNN reports, "For months, federal prosecutors have brought witnesses in front of a grand jury in Washington, DC, to investigate efforts by former President Donald Trump and his close allies to reverse the results of the 2020 presidential election.

"The witnesses, several of whom appeared under subpoena, range from low-level aides to Trump’s own vice president. There are also several key witnesses who have met with prosecutors for interviews that could help special counsel Jack Smith build his case.

"Former Vice President Mike Pence testified in April – the first time in modern history that a vice president has been compelled to testify about the president he served beside.

"Pence testified for over five hours and was likely asked to recount his direct conversations with Trump leading up to January 6, 2021, and Trump’s unsuccessfully attempt to pressure him into blocking the 2020 election’s result.

"Mark Meadows, Trump’s former chief of staff, appeared before the grand jury in June.

"As chief of staff, Meadows was in the middle of Trump’s efforts to overturn the election in the two months between Election Day and Joe Biden’s inauguration. Meadows pushed Justice Department officials to investigate debunked claims of voter fraud and communicated with Trump’s allies about plans to challenge Biden’s win.

"Marc Short, former chief of staff to Pence, testified to the grand jury about the fake elector scheme and the role of Trump lawyers John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani.

"Former Trump White House counsel Pat Cipollone testified twice to the grand jury for several hours. Cipollone repeatedly opposed efforts to overturn the 2020 election."

And several others close to the former President.

“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong.”
“When you catch somebody in a fraud, you are allowed to go by very different rules."
“We fight like hell and if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.”
"Now it is up to Congress to confront this egregious assault on our democracy. And after this, we’re going to walk down, and I’ll be there with you. We are going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country.”

What I find interesting is these Republicans don't say a thing when it comes to their party. This thread, which is highly critical of the Republican Party and its leadership, is proof of that.

In addition, there is not a single thread about Republicans by a Republican. I guess they are embarrassed of their political persuasion.

Although, this may have something to do with it.

"President Trump famously declared during his 2016 campaign that he loved the “poorly educated” because voters with lower levels of schooling delivered an overwhelming share of votes to him," the conservative Washington Times.

The Biden economy just keeps on getting better and better as inflation lessens, the biggest bitch among Americans who blame our President for inflation, not the covid pandemic, the true cause for inflation.

ABC reports, "Consumer prices rose 3% last month compared to a year ago, marking a significant slowdown and raising hopes that a prolonged bout of heightened inflation is nearing its end.

"The fresh data Wednesday morning from the Bureau of Labor Statistics arrives days after a government release indicated that hiring slowed last month but remained solid. The economy, the jobs report suggests, continued a gradual downshift in June amid a central bank effort to dial back activity and slash prices while averting a recession.

"Consumer prices rose 4% in May compared to a year ago.

"The latest reading indicates a notable cool-down in June but still exceeds the Federal Reserve's inflation target of 2%."

    Getting close to Fed guidelines.

Trump seems to think that because he is running for President, he shouldn't be tried for his criminal activity.

Exactly his thinking in November 2022, when he decided to run for President. The only question is, will the young Trump-appointed judge who granted him so many favorable rulings a few months ago fall for Trump's charm again?

The Hill reports, "The decision by former President Trump’s legal team to seek a long delay of his trial in the Mar-a-Lago documents case is injecting fresh volatility into the 2024 presidential race.

"The filing from Trump’s lawyers, which came less than an hour before a Monday night deadline, seeks an indefinite postponement of the trial, which had been scheduled for December.

There is simply no question any trial of this action during the pendency of a Presidential election will impact both the outcome of that election and, importantly, the ability of the Defendants to obtain a fair trial,” they write."

It is a scam, plain and simple, and Trump's silent fans are playing their part. Republican voters have put Trump far ahead of everyone else while ignoring Trump's two criminal indictments.

Will Judge Cannon go along with all this? Who knows? She did once before, and got chided for it by conservative judges on the appeals court.

FBI Director Christopher A. Wray, a Trump appointee and card-carrying Republican, is being questioned by MAGA Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, and the Trump Republicans are making complete fools of themselves.

Because of the Mar-a-Lago search that resulted in a federal criminal indictment against Donald Trump, Wray suddenly became Public Enemy No. 1 to the Trump Republicans, as they press conspiratorial and highly speculative allegations about the purported weaponization of federal law enforcement.

In doing so, they looked ridiculous.

According to the Post, multiple MAGA Republicans peppered Wray with questions about whether FBI agents or sources were a part of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol — embracing a still baseless Tucker Carlson-fueled conspiracy theory that the FBI might have played a role in the insurrection.

“I will say this notion that somehow the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6 was part of some operation by FBI sources and agents is ludicrous and is a disservice to our brave, hard-working, dedicated men and women,” Wray.

“Insane.” “Ludicrous.” “Ironic.” “Absurd.” "All words used to describe theories promoted by Wray’s fellow Republicans," the Post.

I might add "funny." At times the Trump Republicans seemed to be putting on a comedy act with their baseless conjectures.

Because Trump Republicans do not have the law, reality, and truth on their side, they are forced to use speculation, allegations, and fantasy.

That is evident in their questioning of the FBI director, and he made them look stupid while being charming. It was quite a show.

Trump feels that winning the nomination will make a mockery of any plans for prosecution, as long as they have not reached a final verdict. He just needs to concoct enough lies and accusations to keep his followers riled up until then.

Amazing, not a peep out of Republicans.

Apparently, they agree with my assessment AND/OR they are embarrassed of their support for the criminally indicted Trump.

That is the only conclusion one can make. Who is to say it isn't?

While not appreciated -- Biden has a 40% approval rating -- it is great to have a President again who respects our values and recognizes America's enemies.

And he does so quietly without controversy.

CNN reports, "President Joe Biden and Nordic leaders came together Thursday to cap off a critical European trip for a summit that carried heavy symbolism both at home and abroad about the president’s vision of America’s role in the world.

"The leaders of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland highlighted cooperation with the US in the same site where former President Donald Trump met one-on-one for two hours with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin exactly five years ago this week. That summit saw the then-US president siding with his Russian counterpart over whether the Kremlin interfered in the 2016 election in a stunning rebuke of US intelligence that caused concern both in Washington and in allied capitals around the world.

In July 2018 "European leaders were on edge ahead of the potentially confrontational NATO summit in Brussels, Belgium, amid fears that President Donald Trump will follow through on his threat to pull US military protection for allies despite reassurances from U.S. officials.

"NATO members prepared for a worst-case scenario at the summit should Trump repeat his threat to end or curtail defense cooperation with NATO allies that are not on a path to hit their defense funding target of 2% of gross domestic product by 2024.

"Five years later, Biden portrayed a vastly different tone, stressing unity among NATO alliance as he recapped his trip.

“At this inflection point, the world is watching to see: will we do the hard work that matters to forge a better future? Will we stand together?… Will we stay committed to our course? This week, Finland and the United States and our allies and partners said a resounding, loud yes. Yes, we’ll step up. Yes, we’ll stand together. And yes, we’ll keep working toward a stronger, safer, and more secure world.”

Why do 60% of Americans think this man is doing a poor job as President?

NBC reports, "President Joe Biden denounced Sen. Tommy Tuberville’s blockade of hundreds of military nominations during a joint news conference with Finland's president in Helsinki on Thursday, calling the Republican's actions "totally irresponsible."

"Military promotions are usually approved by Congress without delay, but Tuberville, of Alabama, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, has blocked hundreds of such appointments, citing his objection to a Pentagon policy that provides paid time off and reimburses travel costs for service members and dependents seeking abortions."

Let's see if I have this right. A Republican Senator is threatening our national defense over abortion expenses. The Pentagon has this crazy idea of helping members of our military who are tasked with defending our country. The Republican Senator opposes the idea of helping our soldiers, sailors, and Marines.

Another group of Republicans in the House is threatening our national defense by adding unrelated amendments to the defense bill forbidding abortion travel expenses. Yes, you read that right.

    What are Republicans doing?

Do they think this is a winning combination for the elections in 2024? If so, they are horribly wrong.

What do grassroots Republicans think? We will never know. While they want to choose our President, Senators, and representatives, they are completely inept at discussion.

This is provided only as an example.

July 12 (Reuters) - Iowa's Republican-controlled legislature passed a bill in a special session on Tuesday banning abortions as soon as fetal cardiac activity can be detected, after around six weeks of pregnancy and before most women know they are pregnant.

A majority of Iowans believe abortion should be legal in most or all cases, according to a new Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll.

Sixty-one percent of Iowa adults say abortion should be legal in all or most cases, while 35% say the procedure should be illegal in most or all cases.

More than two-thirds of Iowa women, 70%, say abortion should be legal in most or all cases.
Democrats also are broadly in favor, with 87% favoring legal abortion.

Governor Kim Reynolds is expected to sign the bill Friday denying women in her state of reproductive rights, turning those rights over to the government, and is winning over 35% of Iowans.

An essential factor in his criminal prosecution.

Is Donald Trump so stupid he didn't know he lost the 2020 election?!?
