2. No that is not how Medicaid works. Someone has to go judge shopping and find a sympathetic judge that will say Somali's have a genetic teeth problem that needs rectifying. (bear in mind there are hundreds of Somali's living elsewhere that live their lives without orthodontics. You will not see Medicaid covering braces for the teeth of Norwegian immigrants as a whole. Minnesota seems unusually receptive to the Somali community while excluding other races.
3. How many "bags of money" does it take to make one question how a new immigrant can pack a suitcase with more than a million in $100 dollar bills and return from Somalia with it empty. Rinse and repeat.

The old laws written into the constitution were written by white men who never in a million years thought that Somalis would be able to take advantage of the laws; and use them to fleece Americans out of free money and housing. In a real world where logic ruled, you would still be in Somali paying the consequences of your failure to thrive in your own country. In a real world where logic ruled, no civilization would ever import a people known for their violence and corruption, with low IQ's, and who believe in female genital mutilation, polygamy, submission of females to males, and are racist against their neighbors. The suitcases full of cash news has been reported. The Somali welfare day care fraud is well well documented in the local MN press.

I read something about braces being given to illegal kids held at the border but with no source or link. I will not believe it until I see more.

I can't give you a link. My information came from an attorney neighbor who specializes in defending doctors, dentists, and orthodontists. Apparently, someone in MN lobbied and got some forms of orthodonture reclassified and covered either by Medicaid or MNcare. I suspect that little item was well buried in an omnibus bill and slid through their legislature virtually unnoticed.
