Instead of that she's complicating the issue, and leaving herself - and us - wide open to the cunning shenanigans of the jobsworths: we all know that the only thing jobsworths are good at is fudging issues, and there being so many of them to conspire against us in group hatred, we don't stand a chance by negotiating with them.
