Sex requires consent. Rape is forced penetration, not sex. Sorry

1-It's disgusting to call somebody a racial slur. But that's totally irrelevant with regards to this discussion.

2-The definition of rape is forced sexual intercourse. By that definition, female on female rape is physically impossible.

    - - - Updated - - -

The definition of sex is "sexual activity".

The definition of sex is consensual penetration.

Rape is also forced penetration with an object. Female on female rape happens all the time.

No, that's not the definition of sex.

Very much relevant, you were the one who stated that labeling someone is not discrimination, I gave you an example where labeling someone IS discrimination.

    Actually it is not, The United States Department of Justice released the following as the definition of rape;

The new definition of rape is: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” The definition is used by the FBI to collect information from local law enforcement agencies about reported rapes. - http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2012/January/12-ag-018.html

Again your showing your ignorance of these topics.

Rape, using an object, is still considered rape.

Actually its the defining difference between the two. Comprehension of the written word isn't your strong suit.

Notice how I provide published definitions of words to support my assertions while you cant provide a single published definition to support yours.

    Sure it does. Your statement-

and the definition that directly contradicts it.

    Nope, wrong again.

The new definition of rape is: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” The definition is used by the FBI to collect information from local law enforcement agencies about reported rapes. - http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2012/J...12-ag-018.html

and then contradict yourself with the above comment, would seem you are then one who cannot comprehend what you even write.

No more than you probably find homophobic a slur.

Tell me why it is necessary for you to label someone due to their sexual orientation.

Not sure of your point or what you think I am wrong about. Perhaps you are unaware that "penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person", is sex.

Well in the realms of your fantasy perhaps, but there again most people don't live in your fantasy, and personally I view homophobia as a mental disorder not homosexuality.

Tell me why it is necessary for you to label someone due to their sexual orientation.

No, its in the realms of definition of words. Being "phobic" is a mental disorder. Being "sexual" is not.

???? Its not. It is the LGBTers who insist upon it.
