Or they're vastly wrong in their estimations of their "qualifications". That happens here a lot ---- claims of "I'm more qualified than you", "I'm smarter than you", "I know more about _____ than you do". "More qualified than" is highly subjective. The head fry cook's job is only impressive to the fry-cook-in-training.
