    As you review history and travel back in time, you see that it has always been that way.
    Not much has changed really.

    People haven’t changed, but technology certainly has changed. Tech has allowed us to feed more people and provide more people a better standard of living. Even most “poor people” in the US have a roof over their heads, food to eat and a television to watch. Can we do better? Certainly, but it boils down to the same old problem: lack of resources including energy.

    Rather than focus on giving cheese and crackers to the poor as the Democrats keep whining about, I think we should focus on developing fusion and the tech to put a colony on Mars. This serves several purposes but for this conversation it serves the purpose of providing a renewable source of energy. Couple that with 3D printers and we’d be able to provide people with all the food and materials they’d ever want.
