While the version of JADAM supplied to Ukraine is impressive it doesn't have that much more range than HIMARs, not without Ukrainian aircraft flying into Russian airspace which isn't going to happen. Occupied Ukrainian territory yes, Russia proper no. Ukraine simply doesn't have the aircraft or pilots to make the risk worthwhile.

What it will do however is potentiality put most of the territory Russia has occupied since 2014 directly in their bomb sights. So expert to see lots or rear echelon Russian bases and stockpiles start going 'boom' in the near future. It's possible of course air strikes could also be launched into Russia proper against important targets but only if the Russians are silly enough to leave them within 100 or so klicks of the border. And while it may have escaped your notice that border is a looooog way away from Moscow.

I agree that NATO did infringe on their boundaries just like Russia does to other countries as well. There is no such thing as a perfect political system or world. Regardless, there is not a single thing anyone on earth can justify the slaughter of over 200k people because a madman with power became paranoid. Russia and its civilians would be much better off if they joined the world instead of having leadership being paranoid and drunk with power throwing away their own civilians lives forced at gunpoint to charge at an enemy they don't even believe in killing.
