    Yes, I have.
The market tells us how much they are taking.
"Use tax"? No, a taking tax.

The only link you have provided was the one on which disputed that 47% do not pay taxes. I was not able to read the whole link, but I know the argument.

It does not support any of your arguments.

Thank G-d, my parents are helping me with my situation.

Sadly many families abandon disabled members.

As Jews we believe that Christians and Muslims who obey the Seven Laws of Noah have a share in Eternal Reward. The Seven Laws of Noah are part of Christianity and Islam.

No, the link flat-out proved it is a lie. The lowest income quintile pays over 17% of its income in combined local, state and federal taxes. Claims that they do not pay any taxes are just flat-out lies. The top 1% in income pays less than 30%, not even double the rate of the lowest quintile, so the combined tax system is barely even progressive. Not only that, the top 1% actually pays a LOWER OVERALL RATE than either the ninth decile (81-90) or the nineteenth 5% (91-95)! So the claim that the rich are paying more than their share is also just a flat-out lie.
Then you know the claim that nearly half the people pay no taxes was false.
It flat-out proves me right and you wrong.

Nearly half pay no income tax.
Do a copy and paste of the part that proves you right.

Once again the 47% pays no federal taxes, it's not our fault if they vote against their wallet and vote for high state and local taxes by the Democrats

No federal income tax -- which is not that surprising, as income tax is a tax specifically on income, and is specifically designed not to make poor people even poorer. So you agree that the claim that nearly half of Americans pay no taxes is absurd, despicable and disingenuous filth. Good.

It seems to be coded in a way that stops copy-pasting.

    Of course it does.
What little it would let me read, let me copy and paste.
Where did I agree "So you agree that the claim that nearly half of Americans pay no taxes is absurd, despicable and disingenuous filth."? You made up that all by your little lonesome.
Generally when we are talking about taxing the rich, we are generally referring to federal income tax. The rich pay the vast majority of the federal income tax because nearly half pay none at all.

No federal INCOME tax. Not no federal taxes. Why repeat false claims that you have seen disproved many times?
<smh> I'd get you to count how many errors there are in that sentence if I was sure you could count that high.

No errors once again 47% pays no income tax, and not our fault if they vote against their wallets and pay for high taxes , state and local Democrats

The problem is uneducated voters, who buy into free stuff and in return get overpriced politicians and city workers

I know very little about using images on PF, but maybe this will work:

If the image above doesn't display, just paste the url into your browser.
Oh, did I give you credit for integrity you didn't actually demonstrate? My bad.
No we aren't, because we know the federal income tax was not designed to, and doesn't, especially tax the rich. Rich is defined by assets or net worth, not income. That is why greedy, privileged, super-duper uber-rich parasites like Donald Trump pay little or no federal income tax for decades at a stretch.
Why would you choose to make more false claims? The vast majority is paid by the 80th-99th %iles, not the top 1%.
Non sequitur. Nearly half of the people pay no federal income tax, but the vast majority is paid by the upper middle class (80th-99th %ile), not the top 1%. Your claim is again just flat-out false as a matter of objective physical fact.

    Already proved false.
I already corrected your error on that point. It is only FEDERAL income tax that the lowest-income 47% does not pay.
The taxes that bear most on the poor, like sales taxes, are highest in Republican states.
As proved in 2016, when the ONLY demographic that cast more votes for Trump than Hillary was whites with no college education.
    For the rich.
One of the most efficient and least corrupt governments in the world is Singapore's, whose elected officials are, not coincidentally, the highest paid in the world. A lesson for, shall we say, those on whom education was not sadly wasted.

Yeah, ISTR you're the one who wanted to expand the definition of "rich" to encompass well-paid working people of the top decile whom no normal person would call rich, but who pay the most tax relative to their incomes. The LARGEST group one could call rich are the top 1% in assets or net worth. I'd be more inclined to say the top 0.1%, but a lot of data are not broken down at that level of detail.

You are again making stuff up. I said that nearly half of the US pay no federal income tax and the vast majority of the taxes are paid for by the rich. I said nothing about "Yeah, ISTR you're the one who wanted to expand the definition of "rich" to encompass well-paid working people of the top decile whom no normal person would call rich, but who pay the most tax relative to their incomes."

If you are going to quote me. Quote my actual words, not made up stuff.

B isn't correct. Private property is FUNDAMENTAL to socialism. Anything less isn't socialism, it's serfdom.

I invite readers to confirm for themselves that in post #315 in this thread, you said:
Which is also false, as already proved.
See above. If you are going to claim the rich pay the vast majority of the taxes, perhaps you could provide a definition of "rich" to support your claim, so that it can be falsified.

That does not prove anything. There is no precise definition of what constitutes "rich". This is the Merriam Webster definition of "rich" as it pertains to wealth: " Having abundant possessions and especially material wealth"

No where does it mention 1% or any other specific number.

Regardless, during a Covid crisis that has cost us $4 trillion already, leftists still spew that propaganda. If a Democrat was president, we would still be $8 trillion in debt. Hence, nobody believes this ranting anymore.

I have come to the conclusion that Biden's idea of not taxing middle class under $400k means he will heavily tax every business big and small making it impossible for middle class to survive in the soon to be rising costs of living or running a business in his America.
