Nobody who is not either a white supremacist or a clueless lunatic would march next to white supremacists carrying white supremacist symbols and signs. Sorry... no way around it. It was a white supremacist rally.

 

Sorry it was not It was advertised as a free speech rally not as a white supremacist rally and most of the people there were not white supremacist or neo nazis or Klans men, most of whom can't spell Charlottesville well enough to find it on a map.

 

Trump is a real idiot isn't he. Pandering to the like 2% of the US which favors a white ethnostate, people who definitely aren't voting Democrat anyway, and in the process risking pissing off the vast majority of the public.

The white Supremacist voting bloc is so infinitesimal, and already voting GOP or further right, that I can't finger Trump as anything but a babbling idiot for courting them.

 

I believe the number is closer to 30%. And we don't need it to grow. And even if it were 2% we definitely don't need them to feel empowered. Or to feel morally equivalent to people who are not racist nuts.

But we do agree that Trump is an idiot.
