You are the one who compared the incarceration rates of the US to China and Russia.
I just added a little bit of perspective. ;)

Why can’t he think about Russian protests and corruption in the US government? Or are you the only one capable of multitasking?

All of this is happening in a larger geopolitical context. Such events cannot be viewed in isolation.

    What a massively stupid statement.

Of course! It must be the CIA! Nothing happens without CIA having their hand in it.
Come to think about it - I had a nice morning poop today - should send CIA a thank you letter.

Do you even know how many nukes Russia has that are ready to go? Do you know what kind of ICBMs they have?

Only because people like you insist on talking about Russia, Russia, Russia, all day, every day, when I would rather talk about my own country.

Americans don't need perspective, they need a government that actually represents them. But that will never happen while Americans remain entranced by a litany of foreign distractions that have nothing to do with this country.

Russian protests are completely irrelevant to the political concerns and interests of the average American. They are nothing more than a distraction. A distraction which our own corrupt political class loves to encourage.

Okay, glad we agree. Russians support Putin. So the question becomes: Why don't you just respect their choice and move on with your day?

The CIA isn't involved in anything! They're totally innocent and never meddle in other countries!

Well I know you damned sure don't know. Anyone with half a brain should understand that Russia has more than enough at the ready to hit every major city in the U.S. Hell, the four or five mobile ICBMs they used in the V-Day parade this year would be enough to take out 25% of the population. Go count them on youtube if you want exact numbers. SMFH

Look at my posting history. I primarily post in threads not related to Eastern Europe.

Well, I’m sure adults can decide for themselves.

Thanks for acting like a true communist and deciding for everyone else what they should be thinking and talking about.

You act like an insecure Russian - don’t talk about Russia! No! No! Do you know what America did in Vietnam? Iraq? Korea? CIA!!! FBI!!! Military industrial complex! Rich bankers!!! Aaaaaaghhhhh!

Your posting history evinces an unhealthy fixation on Russia. The average American probably doesn't think about Russia at all.

According to recent polls, Americans are most concerned with immigration, poor leadership, economic problems, race relations, healthcare, etc. The situation with Russia doesn't even register as a blip on the radar. The only people who think about it are obsessives like you and Durandal.

    https://news.gallup.com/poll/1675/most-important-problem.aspx

And you act like some eastern European who wants to steal our money and use it against Russia. Sorry, but we need that money in America. We have more than enough problems of our own without having to worry about your ancient blood-feuds. Try figuring out your own problems for a change.

Do you remember who our president is?

This is a discussion about protests in Moscow in an Internet forum, in section Latest US & World News. This definitely qualifies.
If you don’t want to discuss - don’t read the thread.

I have a six digit salary. I’m confident I contribute more to our money than you do.
I also get to vote too. ;)

    An incompetent lying idiot.

I am discussing it. It's a distraction from the issues that Americans actually find important. The only people who really care about it are obsessives like you and Durandal. Nobody else gives a crap.

You probably work in some corrupt sector of the economy that benefits from US national security spending. That is probably why you are so sensitive to criticisms of the US empire, because you profit from it.

Oh, and lest we forget, when the US is actively propping up Saudi Arabia, the worst dictatorship in the world, there is really no room for US apologists like Durandal and Dimon to point their fat fingers at Russia or China or Syria or Iran. Because when the US actively props up a dictatorship that brutally suppresses all democracy and human rights inside its own borders, and which indoctrinates, trains, finances, and arms Al Qaeda barbarians who murder and enslave multitudes, we can be assured that all the tears shed by US imperialists on behalf of Russian protesters are obviously of the crocodile variety. These same US imperialists have no compunction whatsoever about supporting the most heinous and despicable organizations in the world, so long as it furthers their imperialist machinations.

Well, mass media bring up russia and our glorious president every day. Durandal must be running them all, because it’s defini not me.

This guess is as good as your guesses about CIA being involved in every uprising, revolt and revolution in this world.

I’m not a US apologist. I live in the US, the country I chose to live in. The country I always loved. Naturally, I’ll have a bit of a bias. But no sane person calls someone who defends their country an apologist. You are the apologist of Russia because you are an American (and I’m not really sold on that) and you always fault American government and defend Russians. That’s what being a Russian apologist is. :police:

You never miss an opportunity to jump on the anti-Russian bandwagon. In this very thread, you posted a picture of Putin with a bullet through his head. You're even worse than Hillary Clinton.

How are you able to lie so easily?

I must confess - I am not a fan. My personal preference is to see this in reality some day.

But there is no chance in hell we will be that lucky.

By the way, in Russia, the shithole that you love so much, I’d be in jail for posting this.

What are you talking about? Am I the only one sober here tonight?

The US isn't actually a country, but a political system constituting a federation of States. If the US political system dissolved tomorrow, the country wouldn't magically disappear along with it. Political systems are creations of society, not the other way around. Real Americans understand that.

And there is no doubt that you are an apologist for the US political system. All you do is point your fat finger overseas while attempting to rationalize, downplay, or dismiss the manifest corruption and abuse within the US political system. You are guilty of the most rank hypocrisy and selectivity.

There is really no need to confess, as your anti-Russian lunacy has been readily apparent for some time now.

I'm talking about the ease with which you spew lies. How are you able to do it? Do you just not think about it or something?

Whatever helps you sleep at night.

Or maybe I’ve seen real corruption and horrific economic conditions to know better.

It’s not lunacy - it’s reality and being more familiar with them than you.

Where did I lie? Quote it.
