I was unaware of this thread was about blacks only. Or did you assume I was talking about blacks only for some reason? But you do bring up a point, they do make up the bulk of fatherless households in our nation.
Habit of pointing out negative aspects in black people. Which racial group are you talking about? No. There are about 25 million fatherless families in US, and biggest racial group is whites (about 16 million), which makes sense since most Americans are white. Blacks have the highest percentage, but not the numbers.

You said they make up the bulk of fatherless households, and I showed you that whites make up the bulk, and I added that blacks have a higher percentage. Either way, the thread is not about your favorite topic (blacks), or fatherless kids, but the overcall trend in US. The fastest growing demographic in the US is people of mixed racial heritage, which was evidenced by the most recent census.

How about discussing the actual topic of the thread instead of trying so hard to derail it with your own personal racial agenda? Would that be so hard?
No - certain individuals WITHIN a race have different standards for family. You are taking the minority of a race and making it the defining characteristic of that race - which is basically what racism is all about. It's like saying that black Americans commit more violent crimes - while never once mentioning that 95% of black Americans are not involved in violent crimes. It's merely trying to rationalize racism, which does not in any way make it less racist.
What you say is correct but where you err is claiming that simply pointing out statistics is racist. Math and statistics are not racist. Never once have I claimed that the entire race does not value family. That's where your straw man enters the picture.
In my youngest son's preschool class there are quite a few mixed-race children. They don't care. They all play together without a thought about it.
At some point, will demographics become too complex for those little boxes on forms to be of any use?

It was about interracial coupling becoming so common it is only controversial among hardcore racists (who probably have a mixed race cousin). But you want it to be about fatherless black children. Your intense concern about these children, I am sure, comes from a deep love and a wish for them to have a better life. Maybe start your own thread?
