It wouldn’t take mass deportation. The solution is simple.

First you place massive fines and have the possibility of jail time for any employer who hires an illegal immigrant. Say $1M per illegal immigrant. Enforce it a few times and the rest of the companies will cease to hire them because the risk will not be worth the reward.

Then you have to take away their ability to sponge off of our resources. We take away the concept of anchor babies. They’re not allowed to receive any government benefits even and especially on behalf of another such as a minor child. They can’t use our public schools nor can they use any other public services. Take away their ability to get drivers licenses and they can only use hospital emergency rooms for serious issues which they will be stabilized and sent back to their country of origin.

At that point the vast majority of them would go home on their own accord.

As for your claim of depression, that’s absurd. The majority of illegals work in service sector, constructions and unskilled agriculture jobs. All of whom are easily replaceable. It would cause an increase in costs but it would be easily offset by the decrease in demand and increase in supply of literally every good and service that our economy produces.

False. Do you understand how supply and demand work? Every time an illegal purchases a product or uses a service it increases demand while decreasing supply. When you increase demand and decrease supply prices go up. So when we remove that demand then the supply and as a result prices will have to correct downward.

We would save FAR more money as a country without the illegals than the benefit they bring in slightly lower wages.

You realize the housing bubble was caused by the Democrats, specifically Barney Frank who issued regulations forcing banks to lower their lending standards in order to get more people (minorities) as homeowners. So what happens? The banks gave a bunch of loans to people who otherwise would have never gotten loans or houses. And what happened? They couldn’t pay them back so they went under.

They were FORCED to take those low income loans by threat of the federal government. And if those low income buyers had paid their loans back, the repackaging of them would have made no difference.

The problem was that a bunch of people got loans that should never have gotten them in the first place and couldn’t pay them back.
