N not to Trumps extent And no narcissism is NOT a good trait because it means that it is and always will be highly unlikely that he will have YOUR best interests at heart. Oh! He will do what he thinks will make him popular but that is not always in the best interests of the country He is NOT a “successful businessman” And as for those beautiful women Talk to the New Yorkers on this board they LOATHE him because he left a string of unpaid bills across New York
You seem to be eating up Trumps “I am the greatest” crap with a spoon. When Muhammad Ali said that, he at least backed it up. Trump is nowhere near the greatest president Null. He’s a loudmouthed blowhard from Queens who inherited a New York real estate empire and was a reality TV star. He is the typical guy who was born on 3rd base and thinks he hit a triple. To compare him with Washington, Addams, Jefferson, Madison, Jackson, Lincoln, Teddy or Franklin Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Reagan or even Clinton is absurd. If he gets re elected and really accomplishes something of merit, then we can all reassess. For now, he is struggling through his first term and seems to be stepping in crap every other day.
What “accurate assessment” all you posted was an opinion Prove that the science underpinning the text I linked to is flawed
Happens here many times an hour. Defamation of the character of politicians is red meat for political forums. Nothing new to see here.
You're mouth is moving, but all I'm hearing is "blah blah blah envy blah blah blah". He has sex with one of the hottest women in the world. He has great kids He's president the first time he tried He's a billonaire. Those are all great and worthy accomplishments that most red-blooded American men admire.
What are you talking about, there was no 'defeat' of the Soviets, it simply imploded for many reason. The Cold War ended as a result of internal factors such as Gorbachev's reforms, the weak economy of the USSR and the Satellite States breaking away from the USSR, and external factors such as US-Soviet diplomacy, and various treaties being signed that limited arms. Neo-realism failed to predict the end of the Cold War because it focused on 'high economies' and ignored economic and social reasons which were key in why the Cold War ended. This led to Constructivism becoming a main school of thought in International Relations In judgement, it was a mixture of American pressure, Soviet economic ruin, the breakup of the satellite states and the reforms of Mikhail Gorbachev that led to the end of the Cold War. As the Cold War progressed, the capitalist system of America and the West dramatically out-performed the "central planning" of the communist economies. The US could develop and afford superior military technology and deploy those weapons and well-trained soldiers at strategic locations around the world. Meantime, the Soviet Union -- whose communist economic system didn't work -- was falling farther and farther behind. The Soviet side could produce neither cutting-edge weapons nor consumer goods. Another significant factor in the end of the Cold War was the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979. The Soviet Union would pay a growing cost in lives and money over the next decade. America supported the Afghan resistance, often called "Mujahideen," or freedom fighters. Because of the damage to the Soviet Union's reputation and resources, Afghanistan has been called the "Soviet Union's Vietnam"
That's the point. Psychology is a soft science partly because its theories can't be falsified. And partly because what science they do is done badly or fraudulently: Scientists Replicated 100 Psychology Studies, and Fewer Than Half Got the Same Results
Yeah yeah. I think Maggie Thatcher, having actually been involved at the time, would know more about it than you. And she said of Reagan, "he warned that the Soviet Union had an insatiable drive for military power... but he also sensed it was being eaten away by systemic failures impossible to reform."[383] She later said, "Ronald Reagan had a higher claim than any other leader to have won the Cold War for liberty and he did it without a shot being fired.
More sour grapes. Trump's a great guy, he's so great he paid $130,000 to keep Stormy Daniels' quiet, then she had to pony up $300,000 in legal fees to Trump when she lost her court case against him. TRUMP had sex with a pornstar and got paid for it! That's how great he is.
Was that a review of qualitative research or quantitative research? Did they include any systematic reviews or meta analysis of data In fact they did NOT include the inclusion or exclusion criteria Naughty! And I am surprised that a journal like science would publish a article with such poor methodological rigor However the paper does make a point that we do have to look for replicability and that is why medicine as a whole is now based on EBP.
When you're caught flat footed, obfuscate. Here's a tip: When you really understand any subject, you can explain it to a layman in ordinary terms in less than two paragraphs. No charge for my time.
What are you talking about, there was no 'defeat' of the Soviets" 12 words. And that's all I needed to read to see that you were wrong. Were there many factors in defeating the USSR? Of course. But without Reagan, the Cold War would have been lost (certainly by the clueless Carter and ridiculous Mondale). I gave you Margaret Thatcher's opinion in the matter. That should be conclusive.
Really? You think cheating on your wife whilst she is pregnant with a porn star is “moral” ? And as for the payout https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stormy_Daniels–Donald_Trump_scandal But this is not over yet
I didn't say Trump is moral, although it is telling that after being closely scrutinized by Feds for two years they couldn't find anything about him they could prosecute. He must be pretty damned honest! And after what the Democrats did to get Bill Clinton out of trouble for lying, they have no standing whatsoever to lecture others on morality. Ever. It's over. Trump did nothing wrong but have sex with a pornstar. And he was so good, she paid him $170,000!
I imagine he did. Otherwise, why the payment? Still, I have a hard time imagining a guy that germaphobic, wealthy and (reasonably) good looking actually touching that filthy whore, even with a finger, never mind climbing on top and inserting a proboscis in her heavily used and abused concha. Unless he were drunk. And he doesn't drink. Why in the world would he do it?
I'm not a Democrat and have never voted for a Clinton, so yes, I DO get lecture dick-heads like Trump about their lack of morality. It's amazing how fast the Republicans went from the "Family Values" Party to the "Lying to your wife and cheating on your family is just fine" Party. Hypocrites right down the line.
Cold War was lost by Reagan. He raised the National Debt 170% during his tenure and set the standard for extreme deficit spending for every President and Congress afterwards. Now the US is in such a debt hole, it will never recover. We didn't "win". We just don't realize it yet.
That's a little unfair. Trump voters pulled the lever despite moral qualms, not because of them or because they had none. The alternative was the Beast.
No. They had a dozen other alternatives in the Primaries. They just abandoned their morals. End of story.
