The Loser's lickspittles have been flailing around, parroting absurd, crackpot conspiracies - the Trump goon attack was a false flag caper, the Trump goon attack was a typical, touristy day at the Capitol, the Trump goon attack was a righteous response to a stolen "Landslide!," so insidious a caper that no suspects or explanation of how it worked has been provided by them a year later.

Fear of facts is a mainstay of Trumpery.

The pursuit of justice by the bipartisan congressional committee is validated by the support of patriotic Americans who refuse to ignore goon attacks on the Capitol by disgruntled losers who can't handle the truth of a certified, democratic election, and reasonable folks must ask why, in the interests of national security, anyone would desperately try to conceal the first-hand testimony they could offer, rather than assist in the pursuit of justice by providing, under oath, their privileged awareness of what went down.

Natty, the truth is already out. There is nothing that can be revealed that will cause them to disengage. They are "all in" even if that means following Dear Leader off a cliff. The problem is he's such a snake, he will lead them to the cliff and step back watching in glee at the destruction he's caused as that's the only thing in his playbook.

Well, we still don't know how Kavanagh's debt was paid off and by whom? That should concern everyone because it could mean someone has leverage.

You got it backwards. Anyone who dares to criticize trump is suddenly labelled a RINO.

I'm just going to ask whether the real question here which is presidential privilege is going to continue to be a thing or not. Do only democrats enjoy the privilege? According to democrats, this does seem to be the case. Watch what happens when Congress in 2023 starts hitting up the Xiden folks for any number of questionable actions and behaviors, and policies... Just watch

Yes, it will still be a thing.
But just like attorney-client privilege doesn’t apply if the attorney is an accomplice to a crime, it is perfectly legitimate for POTUS to waive privilege when the previous POTUS may have been using his power to overturn the results of an election.

Hmm.. the key word being "may", meaning discovery hasn't produced this, and democrats have devolved to fishing to find something, regardless of the privilege afforded them. When Xiden is replaced with a republican president, you'll remember this. You'll be reminded.

All Republicans beginning with Abraham Lincoln were reclassified as "RINOs" at the time of the Second Coming in 2016.

In the era of Trumpery, any who do not march in lock step in the weird worship of one dude are thusly reviled.

Uh... no... the sitting president enjoys the final privilege call.... just because that job recently has been democrat-dominated is what might be warping your viewpoint.

If a GQP Congress in 2023 "hits up" this administration for documents about ACTIONS and POLICIES, they will fail... because that is the POINT of EP, not protecting sedition planning... If God falls asleep and the GQP has Congress and the WH back in 2025, it's all fair game...

Also, I don't know if it's been posted in this thread, but the administration made a deal with the commission to withhold certain T**** documents from them. Because somehow, the T**** administration was still managing to do actual governing business during the 1/6 timeframe, defying all odds...

As he said, case-by-case basis, as it should be done..

Once upon a time, leveraging the Ukraine was an impeachable offense. You supported it. Xiden is actively engaged in it. Congress will want to know. And if this administration stonewalls, and a republican president replaces him, then what? You're painting a vary small space in a corner.

The President has no authority to order federal troops into a domestic law enforcement action. That has to come from the local officials and up through the chain of command. Stop with the specious argument it was Trump's responsibility to do so. Those officials first refused the additional security that was offered days before and then during the riot hesitated based on the optics they wanted to avoid before making that request. Of course by then it was too late for any NG troops to get there before it had practically ended.

So if you want to investigate why there was not more security then investigate Pelosi and Schumer and the CP and DCPD. It was THEIR responsibility not Trump's.

Peach Mints 3.0 is more embarrassing than the original or sequel for the Democrats. It will cost them far more votes than they understand.

Trump straight up requested "peaceful protests".

What they are really getting everyone to notice is how horribly they are attacking those dunces "insurrectionists" that went inside the Capitol Building.
