"She did win...just not by as much as she needed to win by". Which means effectively, she didn't win. We don't need to rehash the 2016 elections any further. She lost because she was as disliked as the POTUS. And frankly, I'm not sure if we'd be better off with a HRC Presidency. Maybe fewer scandals or different ones. But her failure as Secretary of State was a warning sign to her presidency. But the main thing is that the popular vote means nothing in America. It'd be great to have a POTUS with the popular vote in their favor, but this country is too divided to accomplish that. Of which, I blame the media and its various "reports" that have done damage to the country.
It's odd, or maybe it isn't, that the Bushes are now on their sh*t list. Is it possible that Trump eventually will be, too?
I am convinced that in the United States of America, even Satan could rise to 50 at some point in his "career." It all depends on which poll you place your faith in - North "Poll" or South "Poll." Special emphasis on the word and usage of "Poll." It does not mean what you think it does on the surface.
Then again, some already have concluded that indeed it is Satan himself who now resides in the White House. Again, special attention to the world "Satan" or I could have very well used Lucifer instead. They (both words) don't mean what they might appear to mean on the surface. You'll have to do your own homework to understand why or how Trump, could be considered "Lucifer" in the White House. So, could Lucifer reach 50? Hell, yeah, he could. He already has - many times before and long before Trump's arrival. Again, nothing is what it seems on the surface.
Ummmmmmmm . . . you are aware that all polling done by these major companies ALWAYS heavy-weights Dem Party voters?
He had seen that same invisible inaugural throng of thousands and thousands cheer for terrorism in New Jersey, and millions of them had infiltrated polling places, all casting their bogus ballot against him and costing him a popular victory. (The highly-touted Kobach Commission disbanded after they had all eluded him to a man!) They are legion, and not merely elusive, but also extremely fickle. "Whenever I try to sleep, I see frivolous people!"
What proof do you have of that? You're saying the Dems approve of Trump? If a Dem approves of Trump, then they must be one clueless moron.
Haven't you ever gone to the polling header produced by these companies and read the political breakdown? It ALWAYS admit to having heavy-weighted dems in the survey. They always deliver a bull crap reason for doing so, but they always do it.
I'm not sure you are really looking for an answer to this question, but.... They have a margin of error. Time. Opinions change over time. Voters surveyed. Like all, likely voter, registered voter. Bias. If your really interested, 538 ranks them: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/
That's because there are more Dems in the population. How many Republicans and Democrats are registered to vote? Key numbers: Among the 31 states (plus D.C.) with party registration, there are nearly 12 million more registered Democrats than Republicans. 40% of all voters in party registration states are Democrats, 29% are Republicans, and 28% are independents.Jul 10, 2018 Same reason Republicans suppress the vote.
So since these pollings are always heavy weighted with Dems that means that the average Dem really, REALLY liked Trump's SOTU speech. Thanks for the admission.
Isn't Rasmussen the polling organization that totally got 2018 wrong while everyone else got it right?
The problem in the 2016 election is that the Democrats nominated the worst possible candidate. 90 million Americans could not make up their minds between two extremely poor candidates and they stayed home on election day. Ten million more wasted their vote on candidates who had no chance of winning. They thought they were protesting. Instead, they enabled Trump to win. A vote for a third party candidate was a vote for Trump. The result of this is that Trump was chosen by angry, disenfranchised voters who blamed the government for their problems. They took to heart Trump's "drain the swamp" rhetoric -- a euphemism for ridding the political structure of its leaders -- and they wanted chaos. That is why they are happy with Trump even though he is an idiot. In a way, they admit it. They rarely defend Trump and the last person they want to talk about is Trump. Look at the threads that interest Trump's fans. However, Trump is an anomaly. Millions of Americans learned their lesson. Apathy and indecision are poor excuses for throwing your vote away or not voting. The result of apathy and indecision was the Trump government. Please explain Clinton's failure as SecState.
Two words "Arab Spring". Also, as a secondary prize her HGO's led the way for Russian interference into the 2016 American elections. Her failure as SecState was noted by most. Thus, few trusted her with the Presidency and I trust these clowns for 2020 even less. The resistance will give us a worst POTUS than Trump. Though the press conferences might be more to bear for the Washington in-crowd, and that's what matters to them.
Her legacy will be using tax dollars to pay off sex crime victims of democrats like john Conyers and 14 others.
Yet more ironic projection given that your beloved BLOTUS spouts endless LIES that you ALWAYS believe!
I understand the rankings. I'm familiar with 538. If polls taken during the same time period were an accurate measure of population sentiment, margin of error wouldn't explain why one reports a 37% approval rating and another reports 50%. The end result is simply an example of the bias and interpretation each outfit applies, which is likely influenced by an income objective driven by customers wanting to see the results they pay for.
And why I laugh at IPSOS, YouGov, and Politico. Polling should be viewed as nothing but entertainment, created to meet the demands of those needing to fill their confirmation bias.
To be fair always look at the break down.. close to 40% "Independent" poll should always be laughed at.
