Guilty until proven innocent, eh? I'm sure you're right, no one has any motive to fabricate accusations against a political administration...

No but POTUS had a motive to ask a foreign president to fabricate accusations against a potential political opponent.

    Cmon people.

no one...no one...thinks Trump is going to do anything about drug prices.

    Get real.

The sole interesting point here is Trump's insane paranoia

And I'm not suggesting the issue should be ignored. However, to suggest that its Trumps fault that:
A- he's being investigated (when investigation has yet to prove wrongdoing)
    and/or
B- that the investigation shouldn't hinder his ability to execute his duties of office

is entirely unreasonable. It wreaks of the incredibly disingenuous and transparent tactic of 'let's stonewall his progress while we criticize his lack of progress.' You can't do both while maintaining any semblance of integrity.

Then please explain why McConnell, when asked why he won't let anything go to the floor, claims it's because he needs to know that the president will sign it first? Which one is holding things up: McConnell or Trump?

I don't buy the excuses. Trump's troubles are entirely of his own making, and every time he speaks or tweets, he digs his hole deeper. He sits in front of a TV half the day, unless he's on a golf course (which is probably where he is now). He has plenty of time to talk to McConnell and get some things done for the people, but he's too busy whining about what a victim he is. I find it pathetic.

The House has already passed a bill for that, but McConnell won't bring it to the Senate floor. His excuse is that he doesn't want to put anything to a vote until he knows Trump will sign it.

Trump blames the Democrats, the Democrats blame Moscow Mitch, and Mitch blames Trump, or perhaps the lack a phone. All these two mopes need to do to help us out is talk to each other. Party before country ... it's the GOP mantra, and has been since Newt Gingrich was Speaker and made it that way.

I sure as hell don't trust McConnell. He'll turncoat the instant he thinks he can get away with it. His feet are held to the fire because his constituents love anti-establishment Trump, and McConnell can't let the cat out of the bag that he's an establishment shill. He's a Neocon, just a particularly smart and wily one. Do you trust him? Think he's telling the truth?

OMG you must be crazy. You're trying to use logic where Trump and his supporters are concerned?

Moscow Mitch is a total partisan A hole with his finger to the political wind.

The minute things start looking bad for Trump in a way that can't be contained...he'll "grudgingly" allow Trump to "expire"

Precisely why I don't buy his claims of blaming his holdup of legislation Trump supports on 'Trumps unlikeliness to sign it.'

    Well...he's a full on Trump supporter...until he isn't.

    And a total partisan.

If you're claiming that Moscow Mitch is just using Trump as an EXCUSE for not bringing bills to the Senate floor...I won't disagree with you though

But Moskva's Mitches mail order wife is in Trump's cabinet so Moskva Mitchov cannot act independently. Donnie could hold Mrs. Moskva hostage if Moskva thinks for himself.

You seem to have misread my post.
What you're saying is that the people have no right to elect a President who has a constitutional platform the elites disagree with. On the contrary, the elites in power - the VP and cabinet - have a constitutional right to prohibit such a popular candidate from inhabiting the office.

And this seems to be a trend all over the world. Elite MPs don't like the vote of the people in the largest public vote in UK history? **** em, overturn it with the support of the elites or have continuous referenda until the desired result is achieved.

Sigh ... another one who thinks he can tell me what I'm saying.

The people have a right to elect Elmer Fudd to the presidency. But if Elmer is an arrogant moron who turns out to be unable to do the job, and keeps stepping into highly questionable or criminal crapola, congress has a duty to impeach.

So tired of righties telling me what I mean instead of actually reading what I post. Also really tired of this idiotic pounding upon some vague notion of "the elites" whoever they are. That seems to change from person to person. At this point, I no longer bother to ask who you mean by that.

    Another BS story long debunked.

    https://www.businessinsider.com/ukr...ldings-joe-bidens-son-hunter-explained-2019-9

Trump doesn't give a rat's behind about corruption. If he did, he wouldn't be in daily violation of the emoluments clause, and he wouldn't give cushy jobs to his major donors, like Sondland being our ambassador to the UN, a man with zero qualifications or experience for such an important post, whose only "virtue" is that he gave $1 million for Trump's inauguration. That IS corruption.

    Are you sure of that?

Your links are of questionable relevance, speculative and uncontemporary.

yep, they just had to change the CFC propellant to HFA propellant to get the FDA to approve

Bush said once a safe alternative was avail they needed to use it, HFA was a safe alternative, so they had to make the switch too - once they did, they were able to produce their product again

or did you mean am I sure they sell it? hard to tell from the question....
