Trump has never been worse — but his approval is surging, why?

They are ramping up the Trump Rage out of fear, they know that he is on track to 4 more years even more than before C19. They would never admit it but they know it.

 

No, not just my opinion. His results are his results, and he is not a good president. The worst in my memory, which goes back to Eisenhower.

Trump portrays himself in a "negative light" with his every word and deed. The media need only quote him in full context, and just because you disagree with them doesn't make it a "fake news political hack job."

 

We're all tickled to death to learn that Russia and China have been rendered harmless.

Be that as it may, dissolution of the US will not lead to victory.

Russia is not our enemy

 

His slow response to the pandemic has caused most of our problems. Countries that made an immediate and dramatic response have done better, such doing a lot of early testing. Such as locking down sooner. He abuses Democratic governors, such as Washington's governor Inslee, calling him a snake. But the fact is, Inslee has slowed down the spread of the virus in Washington by shutting the state down early. While Seattle was the first epicenter of the virus in the US, it is now 7th down from the top state with the virus, behind NY, NJ, California, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Florida. Instead of shutting down the whole country, which he should have done early on, Trump has allowed the virus to spread like wildfire while he pretended it was nothing serious. Trump spent weeks downplaying the coronavirus:

He also waited too long to invoke the Defense Production Act. It would have been a huge help if he had invoked it weeks ago.

 

He is definitely worse than any of them. History will tell.

Just to refresh people's memories. As little as four days ago, posters were ridiculed by Trump fans for saying that the covid death toll could be 450,000.

Yesterday, Trump said himself that the death toll could be 100,000 to 240,000, under the best circumstances and with social distancing effects working.

How do you like being thrown under the bus by your leader? Is Trump now joining the lefties in peddling panic?

My view: Trump finally got the seriousness of this into his thick head. It's about time. I expect leaders to be a little faster on the uptake.

 

How about the fact that 100k to 250k is is less than 450 k if you add them together...

Maybe just maybe he doesn't view the role of the federal government to be that strong. A fact for which you'll be grateful once this is over. Many leaders around the world have used this outbreak to consolidate and and make permanent power over their people.

There has also been a massive disinformation Campaign by the Chinese government to hide the severity of the outbreak there. It's only in the last couple weeks we have learned anything meaningful.

Ohh and as pretty much a life long Washington state resident Inslee os a snake...

Colorado has been under shelter at home order for two weeks... people are ignoring it. If coloradans get sick they have only themselves to blame... same goes with the creeps on spring break in Florida.

Trump had the power to put the infrastructure in place to PROVIDE test, ventilators and hospital required.

So 100k-240k is "almost" 450k now?

It's literally 22% to 53% of the "predicted" 450k. As in not even close....

And as one throwing that under the bus days ago I posted links predicting 100k to 200K dead at that time. Used 150k as a middle ground type number posting that the 450k dead post was 33% accurate / 67% accurate. As in not even close......

Not a flattering piece on Trump. In fact it predicts a reversal of fortune for him in the ratings department. But the part above is such a strength for him that to me it clearly shows why in November he will win. Loyal support and repeated and perplexing incompetence by the DNC (especially Pelosi) combined with Biden being the opponent is a mix that Trump will easily defeat.

 

What the left continues to blunder into is the trap where they attack Trump, fail and drive the right's base into a stronger alliance. The left continues to unify the right daily while their own side splits. It's amazing to watch the DNC turn into nothing more that a simplified slogan poster of "Better Than Trump" with no purpose or drive based on their political beliefs. They literally pushed aside Bernie and his progressive ideals because they felt Biden might beat Trump...sold themselves and their ideals out to "just beat Trump" in other words. Not advance their agenda.

The left and their Trump obsession will cost them the election in Nov.

 

My expectations have remained unchanged since the first time I saw footage of a Wuhan patient on an isolation pod gurney and the thousand bed hospital being graded and built in ten days in Wuhan.

And those expectations were and are, man o' man look at that shet, anything can happen with this. Anything. No limits.

At that time I began to quickly lay in four months of provisions and supplies. I figure if it goes beyond four months the front end loaders will be dumping bodies in mass graves to help stop the spread, and me and my wife will be dead anyway.

I listen carefully to the government experts, but this is their first go 'round with the Wuhan virus and they started with a zero knowledge base. There is no guarantee of survival no matter how careful one is, and me and my wife could easily soon be dead although we are in obedience and beyond to all that the government has laid down.
