Do you follow current events? Are you aware of all the shenanigans the the FBI and CIA have been caught up in lately? Do the names Comey, Strozk, Brennan, and Clapper sound familiar?

I'm not the one citing blatantly biased, and discredited sources. If you think these sources are worth citing after Russia gate, Ice crem gate, sharpie gate, etc, then I wonder if you can be reached at all. Do you ever wonder why none of these news organizations have an opinion on the ABC Epstein cover up? Or why the FBI and CIA have no interest pursuing the numerous leads that are undoubtedly in Epstein's black book, and God knows what else was found in his personal effects? If you think these groups are straight shooters when it comes to Trump and the impeachment circus, then you are the one that is biased, Mr. Mack. Biased is the best case scenario.

We AGREE that your BLOTUS does exhibit a great deal of INSTABILITY!

We also AGREE that his INSTABILITY does DELEGITIMIZE his RANTINGS and TWEETS.

Would you not find it threatening to be the subject of the ranting tweets of an unstable boss especially given that there was NO legitimacy to those defamatory rants?

The ambassador had good reason to feel threatened given that the BLOTUS effectively DESTROYED her career as a diplomat and caused SERIOUS HARM to the State Dept in the process.

There's just one thing that people tend to overlook with all the noise, all the hearings and impeachment charges piling up. It's the fact that it's illegal to solicit foreign assistance in a U.S. domestic political campaign. Pure and simple, black and white, letter of the law. The circumstances and timing surrounding this illegal act are relevant of course, but at the very core of Trump's actions is the fact that he sought to get dirt on his opponent. If Trump wanted a legitimate investigation of the Biden's, he has 17 individual U.S. Intelligence agencies perfectly capable of doing exactly that.

We can string "coincidences" together all day long and the right will claim "well, that's just a coincidence". But was it a coincidence that just one day after Mueller's testimony before Congress when Bill Barr had given his own synopsis of the entire report to intentionally slant it in Trump's favor, Trump made that phone call to Zelensky and just 24 hours after the whistle-blower's report came out, he released the 400 million he had been withholding for more than 50 days from Ukraine? Coincidence?

Isn't it just strange since Trump cries that he deserves to be heard and to have a voice in these proceedings that he has refused all Congress' requests for emails, documents, ledgers and phone call transmissions, and has blocked every single first-hand witness from coming before Congress despite each of them being issued a legal Congressional subpoena? Trump has encouraged all of these witnesses to break the law. That's right, it is against the law to refuse a Congressional subpoena.

Is it normal for a president to withdraw an Ambassador from their post? Yes -- that is normal. What is not normal is withdrawing the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine at the request of Rudy Giuliani. Marie Yovanovitch felt threatened and in danger because someone from the State Dept. told her to get on the next plane out of Ukraine and back to the U.S.? What is not normal is removing a U.S. Ambassador trying to fight with Ukraine against corruption within their government to be removed without reason but to also be threatened and have her reputation of 33 years of being an outstanding U.S.Ambassador trashed and sullied by the president without cause to do so? Marie Yovanovitch has been to the front of the fighting at least 10 times. She understood the situation with Ukraine better than anyone and sought to weed out the corruption. It's quite bizarre that the U.S. came across to the Ukrainians as just one more corrupt country. And here we were, trying to be at the forefront of trying to encourage democracy in Ukraine.

Does it mean anything, as it should, that Ambassador William Taylor's aide was with Gordon Sondland when he spoke with Trump on an unsecured device in a public restaurant in Ukraine and Trump's voice could be heard by nearly everyone sitting at the table with Sondland and after the call, the staffer asked Sondland what Trump thought about Ukraine, and Sondland responded that the president “cares more about the investigations of Biden, which Giuliani was pressing for” than he does about Ukraine.

I can lay out more evidence, but that's enough for starters.

I'm confused here. First of all the DNC server was never hacked into, so any information had to have come from inside the DNC headquarters and it could only have been Seth Rich - and he was murdered for it.

Also wouldn't any investigation involving Ukraine be so the government could find out who was behind the false dossier on Trump - as well as any other criminal activities by members of the last administration?

You have made claims that are unsubstantiated, and they are so incorrect they are not even wrong, they are fabircated. The dossier angle is dead, and there is no evidence to show the dossier is linked anything pertinent to Russia or Ukraine, or to Trump's illegal acts, for that matter.

Is it illegal to ask for foreign help in solving criminal cases? I think not!

That the call was to find information on an opposing candidate is merely an assumption, without proof - so it has no standing. Sounds more like a counter attack to avoid jail time by Schiff and Palosi.

It is very much illegal and a violation of the US Constitution and several Acts. Also it was not a criminal investigation but rather a political move during an election year.

There was no criminal case, and that's the point. THERE WAS NONE. Isn't that why the President of the United States has his very own Attorney General to follow up with?

As I said, I'm not interested in debating that point. They each demand an act of faith. They're dependent upon whom one chooses to believe.

All that we have are competing scenarios. None of which can be proven to my satisfaction.

Sure. Instead of acting surreptitiously in another country, he chose to operate through the above board, proper procedures.

It would be great to follow an alternate timeline where you learned that Trump tasked the CIA to investigate the matter.

Why are you confused. It's was proven and asserted by every one of our US Intel agencies and the Mueller investigation that two Russian groups were responsible for hacking the DNC server. It wasn't Ukraine, it wasn't Belarus, It wasn't Iran and it wasn't Professor Plum in the library using a candlestick, it was Russia.
The Seth Rich conspiracy which was started by a Russian rumor propagated on reddit and other social media platforms, was quickly picked up, along with 'Pizzagate' by Alex Jones and Sean Hannity. It was a lie and has been proved to be a lie for a long time now. Why you choose to resurrect this old conspiracy theory shows desperation on your part. The family of Seth Rich actually had to file a lawsuit against Fox and Sean Hannity for them to stop spreading the lies about the death of Seth rich. The threat of the Seth Rich family to sue Fox shut them up once and for all because they had absolutely no legal basis or proof of their erroneous claims.

Just because the dossier against Trump didn't accomplish what it was meant to do, doesn't mean its wasn't a criminal act. Since the person who made up the false dossier was not an American, then isn't likely that Trump's political opposition recruited the help of other foreign actors as well?

So tell me, how can one find out who was behind the crime unless they ask the one nation whose oligarchs make a habit of interfering in our politics?

There is no false dossier. It was not a conspiracy against Trump.

This whole 'deep state' conspiracy is a false narrative pushed by the right. All it does is giving Putin more power. We have 850,000 dedicated professionals working for us -- the people of the United States, to keep us safe from terrorist attacks, to thwart home-grown terrorist plots, to stop cyber hacking and generally to preserve our democracy. All these ridiculous 'deep state' theories are nothing but obfuscation and wild conspiracy conjectures without even a scintilla of factual basis. If there were any 'deep state' it's right in front of our eyes in the form of Mike Pompeo, Rudy Giuliani and William Barr.

I don't buy into conspiracy theories, I think with logic and facts not suppositions and theories.
