One of those businesses Trump is so proud of appears to be causing him some problems. Not only is the business being sued, but he personally is being sued as well. Conservatives are obsessed with Hillary's emails which have yet to result in a trial or charges for that matter. How do conservatives feel about the GOP front runner and his legal battle?

Second cause of action- fraudulent as deceptive practices under General Business Law
Third cause of action- false advertising
Fourth cause of action- violating Education Law by using "University" when Trump University was not chartered as a university
Fifth cause of action- violating Education Law by operating an unlicensed school that did not meet state standards
Sixth cause of action- violation of the buyer's right to cancel the transaction within three days

What difference does it make?

 

He's run his entire campaign on being a good business man and that he would run the county like he does his businesses... Then is accused of corporate fraud. That concerns me, does it not concern anyone else? I just think it's interesting that the news is all over Hillary and her stupid emails, but for some reason Trump being accused of fraud isn't.

 

Unfortunately, this is unlikely to have much effect on the TrumpHumper phenomenon. If his continuous racist and dismissal of Americans in general have only increased his popularity...defrauding and illegal activities will probably make him into a God.

Besides, he has a Hot wife we can all see naked....now THAT's serious first lady material.

As a conservative Hillary and Trump are both unsuitable to be president. I trust neither as far as I can throw them because both of them cannot act in the best interests of our country. Frankly I cannot tell the difference between them.

 

It's a civil case with a pending allegation.

 

It's funniest when the Christian conservative nuts get behind him and sing his praises. They could not be making bigger asses of themselves.

It's funny. Had Trump run as an independent or on some third party ticket, saying the exact same things he's saying now as a Republican, he would not have gotten anywhere. He'd have been as ignored and dismissed as Ralph Nader was in his campaigns.

 

You actually try to make and apples/oranges comparison between a civil action against someone with money, by people who want money, and an actual Federal Investigation of Felony level misconduct regarding Top Secret and Above Top Secret ,confidential information that Hillary deliberately put on an unsecured homebrew server?

That's why he's running as a Republican. He knew this.

The way that people are brainwashed to be so attached to labels is sickening.

 

It wasn't just using the word University, it's a real estate scheme. They lure people in and get them to spend what they can't afford based on promises of success that ultimately go no where. Trump cares zero about people, and 100% about profit. He would toss his own mother out on the street if it would make a buck.

Your list just proves that conservatives sue Obama for any and everything. Trump's lawsuit is going to trial, especially since he claims to "never settle."

Well, when it comes to the two-party system, I don't blame the voter entirely. Individually we just don't have the power to change it. We're too divided for that. The Republicans and Democrats have long had the means to seize full control - more than the rest of us have had collectively to stop them. It's been their propaganda, their spending, their financing by wealthy interests, against our lack of organisation and lack of power, beyond the purely hypothetical, to oppose them.

So, now we have this crazy situation, and we are as divided as ever. The left vs right divide seems worse than ever, in fact. This violence against Trump is remarkable. Could you imagine the reaction if some Clinton rally got shut down? If Clinton had been rushed by a lone nut? It's apparently open season on Trump and his supporters now.

 

I agree with you that we're extremely divided. As for violence at Trump rallies, we have to remember that he speaks violence. He uses divisive, racist, ugly, hate-inspiring language to create fear. People that do that, whether they mean to or not, move people to violence. Hitler and ISIS have used the same technique.

American voters are no longer impressed by frivolous lawsuits - too common - too irrelevant. Trump's opposition will have to find far better talking points to make a dent.

 

The Left/Right divide is mostly contrived. The MSM and the very united bipartisan political class encourage it - good for fund raising.

I have to agree with this assessment. Trump supporters don't give a damn about how despicable Donald Trump really is.

Trump lured unwary investors to fund his commercial enterprises eventually driving these enterprises into bankruptcy while personally pocketing tens of millions of dollars from each while the investors lost their shirts.

Trump lured young people into attending his college with misrepresentations if not outright lied to steal their tuition money from them.

If Donald Trump slipped into a KKK outfit and participated in the lynching of a black man or Mexican the Donald Trump supporters would cheer claiming that the victim deserved to be lynched.

Wow, if this is the same court which said Iran must pay for 911 even though the terrorists were Saudis then Trump could be in trouble. They might make him pay for Hillary's crimes. One never knows!

I'm not going to worry though, I know Trump is god. He was to have a rally nearby and it started pouring. But I told everyone to wait and see, and that when he comes, it will stop. It did, and the sun is now shining brightly. Now that's power.

 

Except that she isn't going to trial. Maybe they'll find something this time, but given the length this has drawn out and the million times she's attended hearings, you should prepare yourself for nothing to happen.
