Notice nobody is accusing Obama of FRAUD.

Did you bother to read the article or just kneejerk a fallacious partisan comparison?

Being sued is part and parcel of being in business. I'm a small business owner, and I've been sued a dozen times (none successfully, I might add).

If one is to honestly evaluate the efficacy of a businessman, one must take into account the net result of all the wins and all the losses. One cannot focus on only the failures, if you intend to come to an objective conclusion.

By that standard, I'd say if Trump runs the country as successfully as he has run his businesses, we're going to be in fantastic shape.

I have my doubts that he will be able to, though, because as a businessman, he's essentially a dictator. Whereas, in the Oval Office, he'll have 100% of hateful democrats and resentful establishment republicans to contend with. Good luck getting ANYTHING done in that environment. Partisan politics will take precedence over the good of the country, as per usual.

As shocking as it might be there are many Trump supporters that are members of the KKK that traditionally lynched African-Americans and I don't see them objecting if Trump was to do it today.

Yes, we are probably facing another "lesser of two evils" choice in 2016. There's no doubt in my mind that Donald Trump is the most vile presidential candidate in my lifetime while the second most vile presidential candidate in my lifetime is Hillary Clinton. Based upon the disapproval ratings of both Clinton is clearly the lesser of the two evils with "only" a disapproval rating of 52% while Trump has a disapproval rating of 60% according to Gallup.

Because of the lower disapproval rating Clinton is clearly the lesser of two evils but both are unquestionably vile candidates.

So no matter who wins in a presidential race between Trump and Clinton one thing is crystal clear. The American People are going to lose because we, the American People, don't support either one of them based upon the polling information.

Primary elections never reflect the opinions of the people. They have very low voter turnout representing a very limited opinion of relatively few Americans. General elections are far more accurate but even then they only represent the opinions of the voters and not the non-voters in the election.

Of course we do have opinion polls based upon the likely voters in the general election. Those polls indicate a disapproval rating of Hillary Clinton of 52% and a disapproval rating of Donald Trump of 60% indicating that the majority of Americans that will be voting in November really can't stand either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.

Sadly Americans have become used to voting for the "lesser of two evils" and that will probably be the case in November. American voters in voting for the "lesser of two evils" will typlically vote for the person that has the lower disapproval rating even though the disapproval ratings are very high for both of the major candidates. In any case neither Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, based upon their disapproval ratings, represent someone the American people really want to be President.
