Trump needles Clinton: ‘Sleep well Hillary — see you at the debate!’

By his own admission Trump hasn't bothered to prepare for the debates. He believes that his arrogance and ignorance will be sufficient to BS We the People into choosing him. Fortunately the Founding Fathers decided that an informed electorate was the smart way to go and therefore Trump is going run headlong into Abe Lincoln's truism that you can only fool some of the people all of the time.

NPR is non partisan and it is not their problem that the facts are not kind to the extreme right.

 

Just for a moment, step back and look at this outside the political forum. Forget any preconceived ideas of Hillary and Donald if you can.

At its core, this comes down to a man trying to make fun of a woman - who is recovering from pneumonia - needing some rest. Complete lack of class on his part.

People get sick and injured. It happens sometimes. No-one is immune, and it is small-minded to criticize someone for taking a couple of days to recover after illness or injury.

It is like criticizing Trump for being fat. Both criticisms are completely unrelated to whether the candidate is the right one for the job.

So it's based upon you thinking he will dominate in the debates. The most likely thing to happen is it will be a total (*)(*)(*)(*)-show and both sides will think their candidate won despite Trump having no knowledge and Clinton having no conviction.
